I went in needing a new car and even though I got the vehicle I wanted there was a mess up with the banks so I had to get info to them about my income and make a trip back. This also resulted in me paying $50 more on my payment which I was not happy about. Also I asked about a few minor things and it never got addressed. All in all I wanted to get my down payment and my trade in back but I love my new car.

I had recall work that needed to be done on my vehicle and I was provided transportation to and from my home while repairs were made. The shuttle drivers were super friendly and Mr. Anderson the CSR I spoke with with was very professional . I was also able to schedule my appointment online which made things work out even better. A good experience at the Kerry Nissan. are salesman Brent Adams was very knowledgeable and helpful on the Choice of our new vehicle. After two days of driving i did not likes the 19 ??? tires and the dealership changed them to 18??? no questions asked.

There were certain things I was concerned about with my purchase, but I felt in the long run it could be handled when we got back home. We traveled from Wi. to Ohio for this car, because I wanted one like the one it replaced. Turned out it was an EX model which was an upgrade. Great! My wife was a little leery when there was no mechanic's checklist available, but the only problem was that the radio power knob didn't work so you couldn't shut the radio off. we purchased the car & headed back to Wi. & the day after we returned, the CHECK ENGINE light came on. Took it to our mechanic.. oxygen sensor. OK. All in all it was worth the drive down & we ended up with a decent vehicle.
Ali Clarke was awesome, down to earth, and I felt no pressure from her that I HAD to buy and I ended buying a beautiful used Nissan from her. She is great and made my car purchasing experience memorable and exciting. I’m so happy with my new car and very appreciative of her help and patience with me.
