I was with a friend and I had terrible allergies at the time. I felt a little pressured instead of being informed about the vehicle. My last two cars were a BMW and a Landrover. The atmosphere was more informative about the vehicle and not to just sell. I ended up trading the toyota i left with a month later for a Sienna I think is far more appropriate for my busy lifestyle and luxurious for family and friends as well as a phenominal Toyota vehicle to own. This dealership could have had my business with my true purchase had they proflef my lifestyle and work as an interior designer and forensic artist with many needs for space and people tather then just selling a car. They were professional but I called back the next day with buyer regrets and went in the next week. After doing my own investigation on types of vehicles, I really liked the Sienna. Now, thankfully, to Toyota in general: I own an amazing, truly amazing Sienna.
I always dread shopping for a new vehicle. High pressure sales and back and forth negotiations are not my thing. Thanks to Lou Syring, we had a great experience! No pressure, never tried to talk me into something I did not want, and worked HARD to meet my budget. He even found a $1000 discount through my Sam's Club membership!

I was completely satisfied with working with Kirk Johnson in buying a 2019 Ford Fusion.. He was able to get the best deal on the trade in on my 2013 Fusion and the the most discounts on my new car.. Kurt was also very helpful in getting the leather interior that I wanted instead of the light putty interior that the car came with. Came here for a door handle replacement and was quoted 400 dollars at gunn nissan but came here and Dustin and the crew were able to do it for 150 dollars. The staff was friendly and prompt to get the issue resolved. I would definitely reccomend this dealership to anyone having issues with there nissan. And look forward to doing business with them in the future
Even though we couldn't walk out with a vehicle at this time, customer service was great, and I loved that they are straightforward and fast on theirs service. We will definitely come back when we are ready and have already referred family.
This was my first time shopping for a car. Even though there were a lot of things I didn't know or understand, Ms. Vicki Khyle was very patient and helped me through the entire process. She even showed me around the facility and introduced me to people who would help me in the future. All in all it was a wonderful experience!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I'm writing this review for everyone to view and recognize the exceptional experience I had purchasing my second vehicle. I went from a BMW 3 series that was giving me constant issues to a 2015 Buick Encore. Dan Turk has been the most generous understanding salesmen, even with my trade in. He provided the best customer service a fearful car buying customer could come across in such a competative industry.
