The sales reps were very communicative with me about the car I was looking at. They gave me good comparables in the area and sent multiple emails to make sure all my questions were getting answered.
We just couldn't get to an agreeable price that would have been worth my time to come in and check the vehicle out.
I called and got salesperson Robert. I told him what I wanted to look at. When I got there I was pleasantly surprised the vehicle I wanted to look at was inside all shined, and waiting for me. Robert was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. Because if Roberts professional manner and what I feel is a great product, my wife and I purchased the pickup.
I did an extensive internet search for the exact car we were looking for and Royal Moore (along with 3 other OR dealerships) had that car. Royal Moore had the best pricing hands-down. Zach Rangel worked with us over the phone to work out the sale and access our trade-in from afar. Compared to the other dealerships I worked with Zach was the best - he wasn't too aggressive, didn't call me 10x a day, was straight and to the point. When we arrived at Royal Moore to pick up our car, we worked with Golda, Nick Lee & Nate in finance. I would say our only complaint was that it took a bit long to work through the finance end of things - but we did purchase through a business (which they said takes longer). There also was some confusion / miscommunication about the interest rates, but in the end it all worked out. Overall, great pricing, great people, fair trade-in value. Thanks!

My wife and I were shopping for a 2016 Town & Country Mini van. We checked out several Chrysler dealerships in the Portland area and were turned off by the sleazy high pressure salesmen. We then found M & M. All the vehicles are stored indoors and none had a water spot or speck of dust one them. Eric the general manager helped us. He handed us the keys and told us to take it for a test drive by ourselves. No pressuring sales guy along for the ride. We came back and made a cash offer. Eric said just a moment t walked inside and came back in less than two minutes with a yes. The paperwork took less than 10 minutes. In all we were there less than 25 minutes and that includes the test drive. I would highly recommend them and it has changed the way I look at buying g a vehicle. I will not buy another vehicle without going here first ever again.

I really recommend this dealer to my friend, I think they keep very good contacts with customers, and they treat customers as friends. When I have questions about the cars, the dealer helped me and answered me my questions.
Excellent Car Buying experience. Eric provided exceptional customer service and the company - M&M Investment Cars has superb business practices. I researched and purchased a BMW Roadster, and it was everything they advertised. The process was quick and easy and I drove away in less than an hour. It only took that long, because I decided to test drive and ended up purchasing a second vehicle, an AWD Audi A5 Quattro as well. I rarely review companies, unless they are exceptional. I can say, they have my family's business in the future and I will be sharing my exceptional car buying experience with others that are looking to purchase a quality used vehicle. My trade in experience was an easy process, with the help of a few professional, easy going and knowledgeable agents, who took the time to make sure that I was happy with my trade in value. They were informative on any questions that I had, while helping me go in the right direction of a new purchase. Awesome experience overall!
I have nothing but praise for Ron Tonkin dealership in Portland Oregon. Every person there is professional and extremely helpful. Originally Gordon helped me set up my whole phone system and walked me through every step of the way on my 2013 RDX that I purchased at another dealership.
A few months later I returned to look at a new Acura 2019. Tommy was extremely professional and helpful in every way. He did not apply any undue pressure to buy, but was attentive and keeping in touch with me through the process. He was very knowledgeable about the car and walked me through every step of the buying process and setting up and understanding all the systems with in this vehicle.
I am 100% satisfied with every aspect of my experience!
