I was with a friend and I had terrible allergies at the time. I felt a little pressured instead of being informed about the vehicle. My last two cars were a BMW and a Landrover. The atmosphere was more informative about the vehicle and not to just sell. I ended up trading the toyota i left with a month later for a Sienna I think is far more appropriate for my busy lifestyle and luxurious for family and friends as well as a phenominal Toyota vehicle to own. This dealership could have had my business with my true purchase had they proflef my lifestyle and work as an interior designer and forensic artist with many needs for space and people tather then just selling a car. They were professional but I called back the next day with buyer regrets and went in the next week. After doing my own investigation on types of vehicles, I really liked the Sienna. Now, thankfully, to Toyota in general: I own an amazing, truly amazing Sienna.
Had the best experience at Toyota Borne. Alex Campos was an excellent sales person, I highly recommend him. Everything was done over phone and email. No surprises when I showed up to close the deal. Well worth the drive to Borne for excellent service,
Aymen was sales representative I had and he was very helpful. There was no pressure to buy and he even got me a great deal! Toyota was able to finance me which was great because they offered a much lower interest rate than my Credit Union! I would recommend Aymen!
My sales woman Becca was very patient with me as I picked out my car. The finance department was also very kind and funny as we went through all the boring paperwork. I would buy a car from this team again!
My visit this month was way better than my visit in January. "Cristien Garcia" made the initial contact (text) and handed me off to a salesman and they fumbled the ball, BIG TIME!
I was please to know that the McComb organization read my complaint about my first visit and made every effort to improve my 2nd visit. Mr. "Alec" showed the "Professionalism" McCombs Enterprise is know for.

The reason I didn't buy from McComb is they had more truck than I needed and I wasn't ready for the higher price trucks they showed me.
I will no doubt go there for my next vehicle.

I didn't buy my truck here because I found it at another dealer that had it in the color I wanted but I get it serviced here because it is close to home. I have been twice and the people and the service are excellent and hassle free. Not one negative! My service agent, Alberto was MORE than competent and took care to get my truck service quickly and even replace my battery without questions. I will be back next time and I will buy from here next time also.
We were shopping for a white/leather Toyota Sienna or a white Highlander. After a long day of shopping elsewhere, I called, and they said they had them in stock. When it came time to purchase a vehicle, they did not have a white Sienna available. They offered me a very good price on a silver Sienna. In the end, I did not purchase from them because I had my heart set on a white vehicle, but I will return to them when we go to replace another vehicle in the next 6-12 months.
My brother and I have been shopping for 4-Runner, Tundra for weeks, visiting the other Toyota dealerships. The experience at other dealers involved a lot of pressure, talking about trade=in and not just about what I wanted, showing me colors and versions of truck I was not interested in. My husband suggest Alamo. When we arrived in the very hot parking lot, a salesman walked by and immediately turned and asked us if he could help us. Cody C. was extremely knowledge not only about the 4-runner but any other car on the lot we asked about. He never pressured me to buy, always asking me what I wanted. Because of Cody's salesmanship, his kind and light hearted nature, his no pressure approach.we not only bought my 4-runner from him but my brother also purchased a Tundra that day
I always dread shopping for a new vehicle. High pressure sales and back and forth negotiations are not my thing. Thanks to Lou Syring, we had a great experience! No pressure, never tried to talk me into something I did not want, and worked HARD to meet my budget. He even found a $1000 discount through my Sam's Club membership!
