All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

I needed an SUV that would move a lot of cargo without it not fitting in my garage, and something that would take on any New England winter. There's lots of space for my utility needs, it's a super comfortable drive with more-than-adequate power and control, and has creature comforts like the usb ports, a full 110v plug in the back to power or charge equipment while driving, and frankly...it just looks great. I highly recommend.
I owned a Nissan before the 4Runner. The Nissan was less money with more high tech gadgets like automatic lift, front camera, and alert signals when someone is beside you or in your blind spot. Unfortunately, the 4Runner is beautiful but doesn’t have as many features as Nissan.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Ana was amazing. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions with kindness and professionalism. I really recommend her. Her customer service was very good. I'm very happy with her service.
They were prompt. Waiting was minimal. They???re we???re attentive. Jorge from Service was extremely helpful and represents what Lexus should be. Cool Dude.

I just purchased this vehicle and love it. It's very spacious and comfortable inside. It's a large vehicle and for the size it rides great. I feel very safe in this vehicle because of the size and how well it handles.
I went about two months ago to lease a CHR-X and traded in my venza. Service was excellent, I was very happy with my deal!

I love my 4Runner. My last one have over 200k miles and almost no maintenance issues. This one seems to be the identical sequel. It goes everywhere I need to go and meets all of my outdoor activity needs.
shopping for used car. found something although it had high mileage. salesman allowed me to take to my mechanic next town over. he checked it out, put on lift and pointed out deficiencies.
Most useful SUV I have owned.

I purchased a Toyota 4runner as it appears to bebthe last real SUV sold in the USA. It can tow 5000 lbs. and comes standard with hitch and trailer electrical hookups. I have read complaints from people that it is too soft and leans when turnib. It is not a race car folks. If you want Indy car handing buy a sports car. The vehicle is very functional with great ground clearance, large cargo compartment, great interior seating, yes it has available third row seating. My SR5 has part-time 4-wheel drive, when you need it. Unless you live in a desert and drive in sand all day wny would you need full-time. With the part-time 4-wheel drive my mileage has been over 20 mpg at expressway speeds. Very acceptable for a 4700 pound vehicle.
Traded my leased 2017 Mitsubishi Lancer for the amazing 2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse. This is my second time doing business with this dealership and the experience is better than before. Stephanny Perez was quick and efficient. She helped us through all the process and taught us how to navigate the vehicle. Best experience ever. I recommend this dealership.
Let me start with one word that Route 22 Honda are customer-centric dealership and they do their best to keep the process transparent, friendly and appreciative. The time I visited this dealership, I had almost gone through 3-4 others with considerable deals. I had pleasure working with "Jean Shim", who was absolutely amazing. I want to thank her for all her efforts she put into getting the perfect car I wanted. I never felt rushed, rather than always asked to satisfy myself before making the final decision. I must say this, She is a great asset to the company.
I would also like to thank Freddy Agosto for finalizing the deal price. Without him, it would have never done. Remila was also nice throughout the paperwork.
I will definitely be back for my future purchase from Jean. Thank You Route 22 Honda. You are a team of fantastic people.

Amazing off-road ability, practically bullet-proof engine and part time 4wheel drive. Fun to drive on trails or just running errands around town. I have owned Jeeps, Fords, Chevies, and VWs, but my 4Runner puts all these to shame. Will never own anything but a 4Runner from now on. 4Runner 4ever!!!
This dealership does what most marketers out there do so I was not very surprised. However, I felt uncomfortable, pressured and dominated by the sales team. In trying to inquire and gather relevant information pertaining to my purchase, the sales team expressed a feeling of time lost on their end; ???which means I was wasting their time and I needed to seal the deal ASAP???. I felt like I needed a day to make up my mind, but they got very angry at me and one of them spoke to me in a disrespectful manner and tone of voice, but I kept my cool. They also asked that I make a deposit if I needed to come the next day. I didn???t like the fact that I had to deposit any money on my first visit but I cooperated anyway because they had already projected guilt on me. If I were to rewind time, I wouldn???t visit this particular dealership. The good thing is they worked with me to fit my budget and they were able to accommodate some of my financial request. And oh, they gave me a slice of pizza too! Overall I would say this dealership is competent with paperwork and efficiency in their office work flow, but they need a lot of improvement in the way they speak to their clients.

I traded in a full size Titan pro4x for this SUV. I’m glad I did. I now have a smaller footprint and better gas mileage than I had before. It’s also more capable off road due to it being smaller and having the off road control suite it has. There’s nothing under 50 k I’d rather own.

Ozzy was prompt, attentive and knowledgeable about the cars. He listened to my thoughts and helped me pick out a car that I am very happy with. When I call the dealership with questions he is always responsive. I decided I want a red Prius. A couple of days later he contacted me to say they were having difficulty locating a red one, would I like silver? I said no, I'd like a red one. He said OK, and 3 days later he called to tell me my red one was being prepped to be ready the next day. Good service. Thank you. Finance department was fine but I wasn't crazy about the way the extended warrantee was presented--it allowed me no time to examine the detail of a nearly $4000 purchase. Take it or leave it is not my way of purchasing anything. After I raised this objection I was told I may cancel within 30 days. A little better,a little late, and it cost me $70 to make my decision. My only negative to this experience.
