In all honesty we, pretty much, bought it on a whim and are very happy with it. It rides wonderfully, has plenty of power and is loaded with lots of extras.

As a new widow, this was my first experience trading in two high mileage vehicles and buying a certified pre-owned vehicle, a 2017 Honda HRV with low mileage. Julie was patient and considerate as I tried on several cars, then when I narrowed it down to the HRV she quickly searched the lot and found the perfect car. She facilitated the process, including the trade in and subsequent negotiations in a calm manner. As I consider hard-sell approaches, I appreciate going through this process with a woman. She perhaps didn't know as much about the specific features on this particular vehicle as I would have liked, she connected my phone and transferred contacts, and showed me how the navigation system worked -- two of the major features. I'm still learning about the safety features via the manual. I think she is an excellent addition in a male-dominated vocation.

I love the exterior look of this SUV. It looks like a SUV and NOT a mini van! It is sporty and has enough power for me ;) I can imagine driving this vehicle for many years.

I feel very safe driving this Forerunner. The safety features are really good. It is a very comfortable ride for my passengers. Love everything about it!

They went the extra mile for us, that other dealerships haven't. And they havent stopped looking for the vehicle we want. They have our information and said even if it took a month to find it, they wouldnt stop till they did. I have disabilities and it means so much when a salesman tries to find the vehicle that you can get in and out of more easily. So please give them a try at least. I purchased my 2016 4Runner SR5 4x4 last month and by far it's rugged and fun. Great for hauling kids and exploring the outdoors. My avg MPG is 16.9/gallon which was expected. It's comfortable, smooth, and feels like a truck.

I was looking for a used car and started checking the reviews and they were great, so bought my first one silver and them bought a second one white both have more than 200k miles and rides like new, zero issues (except for the dash cracked in both) I think it should be a Toyota recall.

We are from out of town and the transmission went out. Luckily, we were able to get the vehicle to Nissan of Gadsden and they did a great job working with us and repairing the vehicle. Below is an email I sent to the service manager: Hi James, Thank you for the email. I just wanted to let you know that we had a great experience with your service department. Jason Smith was very kind, patient, and helpful, working with us on our repair. We are from Marietta, GA and our daughter and her boyfriend were headed to Horsepens 40 to go climbing and camping on a Saturday evening. The transmission failed and left them stranded just one mile from their campsite. After spending two hours on the side of the road, they were finally able to get a wrecker service to come and take her Xterra to your dealership. We drove the 2-1/2 hours from Marietta to the dealership and picked them up. The after-hours cleaning crew that was there was also very nice and understanding while we off-loaded the vehicle into a parking spot. I talked to Jason the next Monday, took a few days to decide whether I wanted to spend the money on such an old vehicle (2006 with 146,000 miles), and agreed to get the work done on Wednesday. The work was completed by Friday! That is an amazing turn-around time. We spent last Saturday retrieving the Xterra, enjoying seeing the beautiful countryside of east Alabama, and had a great lunch at Pruett's, next door. This was recommended by one of your service guys, and he was spot-on with the recommendation. Your dealership and everyone we encountered in Gadsden, from Tommy the wrecker service guy to the people at Waffle House when we got coffee at 11:00 pm after dropping off the Xterra, were great! I appreciate your part in making what was a bad situation turn into a fond memory.

I had been looking around on-line for a vehicle. I wasn't sure what I wanted, but I was sure what I wanted the vehicle to have. I found one on Donohoo Chevrolets web page that was perfect. It was a 2016 Metallic Black Chevrolet Equinox LTZ that had everything I wanted and more. I couldn't believe the price it was listed at, so much cheaper than the local dealers. I had to decide if I wanted to drive to Ft. Payne to look at it. My husband and I went down one Saturday morning and looked at it. When we got there I expected some salesman to pounce on us right away, but boy was I wrong. We were greeted out on the lot by 3 different employees who told us if we needed anything they were there to assist, but if we wanted to walk and look around that was fine. We walked and looked at most all of the vehicles without anyone following us around. When we were ready, we went inside and was put with our salesman, Vince Haynes. He is a wonderful person to do business with. He never pressures you and lets you make the decision. I drove the Equinox I was interested in and really liked it. This was a demo model and therefore, there were a few scratches on it that bothered me. Vince told me he would have them fixed and call me and I could come back down. True to his word, he called and let me know when it was ready. We went back down and purchased the vehicle, which I totally love driving. Vince says he just treats his customers the way he would want to be treated and he does a good job at that. When we met with Jared who is also very nice, and had all of the paperwork signed and were ready to go, they had the Equinox washed and filled with gas. Twyla came out and showed me how to operate the menu on the touchscreen, explained the functions of all the features and helped me set up my OnStar. Twyla is very knowledgeable of the vehicles and super friendly. She called later on to make sure I was happy with my purchase and see if I had any questions. Their main goal is to have happy, satisfied customers and I am one of them. Though it may be a bit of a drive, I would definitely recommend Donohoo Chevrolet when you are ready to purchase another vehicle. I will go back there when the time comes that I need another vehicle.

I live more than 2 1/2 hours away from the dealership. David worked with me over the phone and email to work out most of the details, including trade-in, before I drove that far. Once I arrived the vehicle was as described and the sale was completed quickly. I wish other dealers would use Donohoo as an example of how to treat their customers and close the deal.

I trade in my crappy 2016 pilot to this bad boy. This 4Runner is perfect for my family of 5. We’ll be using this car for our outdoor adventures. We took it to Oceano Dunes for camping and off roading. It drives very smoothly. We like everything about this car.

So far the vehicle meets all our needs. It has everything we need, especially 4 WD. The only thing I would change is it having a better cargo rack on top for travel.

The staff is very helpful, tentative to your needs, they kept me aware of where they were at in the process of working with finance institutions, serviced my vehicle, answered my questions and overall was a great experience.

Used but great low mileage, nice and well maintained, very clean...almost impeccable, runs awesome. It is my 3rd car from them and I’ve been very fortunate with the cars and service. Loved it!

This vehicle is a tank. You feel solid in it. Love the limited with the awd. It has parking sensors and SOS system, nice nav and bluetooth. Push button start. Heated and cooled seats. Mine is pearl white with blonde interior. Nice color combo together. Averages 16.7 miles to the gallon. I used to have 2005 and 2008 SR5. They were great too. I love the new body style and upgrades too, 4 runners are awesome, period. If you like the tech stuff..the limited offers some. Supposedly 2020 models will be getting the latest toyota safety sense features, the variety varies per trim. At least they are finally bringing it to the 4 runner, but regardless, this vehicle is solid, has good visibility and reliability. The resale is awesome. A vehicle that will go the distance and handle all types of terrain. Whatever model is in your price range or taste..each have cool personality all their own. The cloth seats are very comfortable too. They all have their perks and personalities. Per iseecars reports..the 4 runner has had the least amount of fatalities and is the most likely vehicle to go past 300,000 miles, sooooo a 4 runner is a great investment, regardless what consumer reports or others may think. The heritage and statistics speak for themselves. Choose your favorite and enjoy your ride!!
