Sales and service a pleasure to work with

I had researched several makes online and had a good idea what I wanted. While my husband was waiting for his 2015 Venza (from Johnstons) to be serviced, I looked around . No salesperson was immediately available, so Kelvin Guyadeen asked a young lady--I believe her name was Angela--to drive me down to where the Camrys were to see actual colors. When I returned to the sales floor with a couple of stock #'s, Kelvin patiently guided me through the comparisons and explained about options. Before I knew it, I was taking a test drive! I knew at that point that there was no need to trek all over Orange County to other dealers, and Kelvin--patiently and professionally again--made certain I understood the finances. Done deal! While this all happened pretty quickly, I never felt that I was being pressured or hurried in any way. My husband and I then spoke with Lynn Desmond, a delightful gentleman with whom we had dealt when my husband purchased a Venza last year, and rounded out the deal. When I came to take delivery, Kelvin sat with me in the car and explained all the bells and whistles, Lynn wrapped up the paperwork, and off I went. I couldn't be more pleased with my Camry or with Kelvin and Lynn (and my husband has similar kudos for the Service Dept.). Well done, Jonstons team!
