Only reason I gave 4 stars on facilities was because here very small and don’t have much room for parking. I want to do overall 4.5+, but that’s not an option. Only reason for half point is because I asked for two things and had to pay for one myself and the one they did pay for was late. Overall, genuinely good people and family oriented. I recommend Mia.
Daughters car was totaled by hail and suddenly looking for a replacement. Stumbled onto hertz in stl and Tom. Great experience and price on used Ford Focus. Very accommodating as we were traveling 3 hours for purchase. Would recommend and will consider them for future purchases
I buy a new truck every year and this was the first time I had bought from karl Chevrolet. I have nothing but great things to say about my salesman Alex Buck and Colton my delivery coordinator. They did a fantastic job. I will be coming back next year again because of these two.
2018 Avalon, not what it once was.

This is my third Avalon previous 2 were 2003 and 2010. The comfort level and amenities are less than the previous models. Disappointed they dropped the Pandora from on screen menu. Over all slightly disappointed in this car may not make the typical 7 or 8 years.
I visited this dealership yesterday. Riley was amazing! Prior to visiting the dealership I called and spoke with Riley over the phone. Told him what I was looking for. When I got to the dealership I noticed it was very family-orientated. Took a test drive on the car that I had researched. Liked it. Finished the financing process, and was out of the dealership in about an hour. It was a refreshing view of a dealership and customer service! Thanks!

This car has it all. Wife wants smaller car. My loss is your gain. Save almost $10,000. I bought new May 16has all the bells and whistles.
I highly recommend this dealership. Internet folks on top of their game. The new management team worked the numbers for me as I requested and put me in the exact vehicle I was looking for! Overall great experience.
Third Avalon I have owned and by far the worst.

Harsh ride, poor fuel economy. All of the electronic items very user unfriendly. Poor backup lights, Owners manual very difficult to understand. Over sensitive steering.
You have always handled our car issues with the upmost professionalism. This is our first Lexus, even better than the car is the service. Facility very well planned out, easy to navigate. Suggestion would be to offer training sessions due to the complex nature of the cars features. I think many don't understand so many of the features, and don't know how to use them.
Handles horrible in the snow.

On the first snow day, half way to my destination my whippers froze and refused to work no matter what I did to them. Rear window defrost doesn't work.
Jim West is more than a salesman, he really cares about finding just the right car for his customer., and doesn't pressure you into buying a car 'on that day' like some others we've encountered. If you want a caring, friendly person to help you find a car, Jim is the guy. We are really happy with the car he located for us!

Just bought this used, and it still looks brand new. Impressed with how it handles, and how spacious it is inside. Looking forward to owning this long term.
I was looking for a Honda CR-V, and found a clean, low mileage, 4wd with a moonroof. Their were a couple of issues with the vehicle and they agreed to fix them. They found decent financing and helped me with transportation while they worked on the vehicle. The salesmen Joaquin and Greg were great, and the Service Manager Brian and General Manager Jon, all helped to get the Honda in top condition for me. They were very professional and detailed. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable place to purchase or get your car repaired. Thanks to all involved, including Raj, KK and Chris.

After test driving other cars in the large sedan field this was clearly the best driving vehicle with exceptional pickup and the only complaint is that the screen always have two screens showing and there is no way to keep one.
I went with my older aunt and her husband (75 & 76) to lease a new car in West Kendall Toyota, delivering her old car as an exchange. We really were surprised by the care, expertise and diligence showed by Roberto Flexas, the sales representative, and Julian Bertel, the Finance Manager who closed the deal. We were aspiring to a certain price range with the most basic of cars an, thinking of a Toyota Corolla or a Camry if possible. Roberto Flexas did he's best efforts and among the whole inventory of 38 Toyota Camry's he found the only one who was almost a perfect match for our desires. They valued the car we were delivering at a just price and the final numbers were discussed by Julian Bertel to give us the final results that we gladly accepted because there were better that what we envisioned in the first place. We came out of the Dealer with a new car with a new plate, already paid in advance, with complimentary rugs we solicited and the best of attention. We will recommend any one interested in getting a fair deal, with a stellar service to go and seek Roberto Flexas or Julian Bertel to seal a deal. Lazaro Jordan

Our family has owned five Toyotas since 2010. Best by far was 2011 Avalon Limited. The 2018 Avalon XLE has uncomfortable seating and is noisier inside. Even so, I consider it a good value - just not up to par with other Avalons we have owned.
Nicole was very helpful. She really had my best interest at heart. She was a great advocate and I would recommend her definitely. Thanks nicole.

I bought this 2018 Avalon XLE thinking it would be as good as my 2011 Limited. Technically it is far superior but the seating and interior noise is not what I had hoped for. Too bad but even so, it was a good value.
Tony made everything easy and comfortable and explained every part of the buying process. It was a good buying experience. It helped that I went in with pre-approved financing and a specific car in mind.
It was a no pressure sale. They have a very professional and friendly sales staff. Smooth transaction and paperwork process. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from them in the future.
