fox toyota is second to none. awesome experience. from sale to financing, everything was clear and efficient. the whole process was faster and more organized than any other dealership that i have ever been in. fox toyota does it right.
Tim Jennings has always bent over backwards to satisfy a customer. i have bought 3 cameros. 2 tacomas and one tundra from Tim. I started with fox toyota when they were a small hole in the wall downtown Clinton. don't recall the salesman there but bought 2 vehicles there before they became toyota dealers. always excellent service and reasonable prices. .
New Highlander was road tested for low speed hesitation and excessive shifting. Computer results showed normal operation. Issues apparently stem from rapid shifting of the new 8 speed transmission and need for additional acceleration. Reset of drive memory ? definitely improved my subsequent driving experience after leaving dealership. Need to mention that these issues did not occur in my 2013 and 2015 Highlanders. .
The Manager, Finance person and Salesman were straightforward and relaxed, exerted no pressure, and made sure I got exactly the vehicle that I wanted. I left feeling completely satisfied with my purchase.
Always very friendly and takes the time to go over everything they done. I have been very impressed with the service so far but am happy to say I???ve only had to come for routine maintenance and I love my rav4
My family wouldn???t think of going anywhere else to buy a new car. No pressure what so ever. No salesman chasing you down, no manager coming out to try to secure the sale. Car shopping is not my favorite thing to do. There are just to many decisions, but Fox Toyota makes it as easy as possible. I feel like they are the most honest dealership around. I don???t think they try to hide anything. In the past, they even issued me a refund where there was a mistake and I was overcharged and I didn???t know it. This was our family???s fourth Toyota, all bought at Fox. Rick, our salesman was wonderful and knew the answer to all my questions and was really knowledgeable with all the technology on my new Highlander. He spent over an hour setting everything up and showing me how to use all the bells and whistles. The service department has always made it as easy and as comfortable as possible. They always alerted me to any recalls or problems. they kept my Sienna van running great for 292,000 miles and it is still going. Thank you Fox
Never owning a Toyota, I really didn't know what to expect. However I have nothing but good things about my vehicle (Highlander), the service, even the good coffee they have available while waiting while my vehicle is being serviced!
