Have bought several vehicles here before. Salesman great, service department good, facilities nice......the worst financing experience. Go get your own from other source. Terrible...rude..unprofessional....Did my research before I got there ....I knew the interest rates....was given a high rate with an 800 credit score..??? Are you serious????? when I questioned him, attitude, defense and rudeness set in...I went and got my own financing at the rate he told me wasn’t even available or possible, all within an hour. I have never been talked to like that in any dealership and I have owned many different kinds of vehicles in my many years of buying....not to say I am old, but I am not a rookie or first time buyer by any means.
Highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Todd Campbell/Trent White team at Freeman! I was treated with respect and I told them what I was looking for and they helped me find it. I started looking for a 2019 Toyota Avalon Limited by going through Costco/Autos.com where you fill out a spec sheet covering exactly what you are looking for. I did this and a few hours later, I was supplied a printout of my sourced vehicle and what I could expect to pay with a Costco/auto deal. My assigned dealer was Lone Star Toyota in Lewisville, TX, but Costco warned that Lone Star was not willing to make this deal on a 2019 Avalon, so I went on line to other dealerships and the first deal offered by Freeman Toyota was with-in $600 of the expected Costco/auto.com price. My sales rep at Freeman was Troy Thompson and we completed everything online. Three days later, I went to the dealership, wrote them a check for the prior agreed to "out-the-door" price and was truly out the door in 2 hours. I would buy from Freeman Toyota again in "a heart beat".
Troy Thompson made what could have been a complicated process so easy. Once he received my inquiry, he was prompt with emailing me a complete feature list for the car I was looking for along with a quote. HE DID NOT BLOW UP MY PHONE, which I completely appreciated, yet he was extremely responsive and timely in returning my emails. He answered every question completely and honestly, and we were able to work everything out in advance so that the actual buying process took less than an hour. He provided me a loaner while we waited on my car to arrive, and he delivered my car to my house. Who could ask for anything more? Best car-buying experience I've EVER had.
I was going through a very difficult time and had to actually file for bankruptcy. I TEXT Mike Daniels (ONLY) asking for help. He emailed me and end the end he was able to get me a better car than the one I was giving back plus I’m saving 175.00 a month. Also Mark was also a blessing making me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire time process. Maybe God continue to bless them!

I WAS WALKING AROUND THE LOT LOOKING AT TUNDRA I WAS OUT THERE FOR A WHILE WHEN THE Sale MANAGER BROGHT ME BOTTLE OF COLD WATER ,HE THEN ASKED ME IF I WAS JUST HERE TO LOOK AROUND OR MAYBE JUST STARTING COMPARISON SHOP For Full size 3 QTR. TON TRUCKS , I HAD NO IDEA THAT TUNDRA WAS A 3 QTR .TON TRUCK.
THIS SHOCKED ME HE SAID HE WOULD BE HAPPY TO TELL ME ALL about the TUNDRA and evan HAVE my current car appraised ALL with no PRESSURE . HE INVITED ME IN SIDE SAT ME DOWN...FOUND OUT ABOUT WHAT I NEEDED FROM A TRUCK...HAD A SALESMAN PULL ONE UP. HE EVEN TOOK THE TIME TO GO OVER BOTH FINANCE OPTIONS WHILE WE WAITED FOR THE TRUCK . SALES GUY DROVE ME IN IT, JAY THE MANAGER ASKED ME IF I WOULD LIKE LEATHER, I SAID SURE BUT WAS CONCERNED ABOUT PAYMENT. HE SAT ME DOWN WENT OVER 0% ON THE TRUCK WITH NO LEATHER. I TOLD HIM I WORK WITH MY TRUCK AND BEAT EM UP BAD!! LISTEN TO THIS HE LEASTED MY A LOADED LEATHER 4X4 TOLD ME IF PAYED THE TAXES I COULD KEEP MY OLD TRUCK FOR THE DIRTY JOBS!! MY PAYMENTS WERE the same as THE BASE TRUCK WITH CLOTH AND HAD TO TRADE MY TRUCK PLUS 20% down

By the grace of God I ended up at Vandergriff Toyota with CJ as my salesman. He was prompt, courteous and didn't use the typical back and forth sales tactics. I live 4 mins from Toyota of Dallas and won't be caught giving those crooks my time or money. CJ and I made a deal within an hour of stepping foot at the dealership. I had a small issue with my Venza the day after I purchased it and reached out to CJ. He had me return the car for a free repair and even gave me a loaner car for the time being. Can't thank CJ enough, please go to Vandergriff Toyota and ask for him, you won't regret it.
Just bought a beautiful used car, from the minute we walked in til the time we left everyone treated us with class and respect. the salesman Nasir(not sure I spelt his name right) and used car sales manager made our experience a very pleasant one, at no time were we rushed nor and anytime did they try and push us into anything. They made sure we got what we wanted for the price we could afford, they explained about the gap insurance which I highly recommend, we also bought the warranty which I also would recommend for peace of mind, however they didnt push us into getting it they explained what they are and what they cover. Over all I rate vandergriff toyota a 10 plus

I called Chris Witherspoon when I saw an ad for a used Hyundai Elantra on cars.com and we quickly set up an appointment on the phone. As a first time car buyer with a beginner's credit score, I was still offered to finance a car which really impressed me. Even though Chris was eager to close the deal (like any salesman is) he was willing to work out a deal that benefitted both parties. After looking at a couple cars, I decided to get a used 2015 Toyota Camry but had a strong buyer's remorse right afterwards when I realized I could have opted not to pay for the GAP Insurance and the 2-year extended warranty. Also, I got my head wrapped up in the monthly payments and ignored the bottom line (big mistake). I ended up going back to the dealership and they told me that "I needed the warranty to qualify for the loan" and that "they suffered a loss at the front-end of the deal" But, eventually they helped me take the GAP insurance off and reduced the cost of the warranty. Bottom line - they only sell good and reliable cars here (so don't even worry about that) but do some homework on what kind of deal you are willing and able to accept (don't just take everything on the deal for face value). Overall, I only have good feelings for my car and this dealership and all the people who helped me. I love the car and it is every bit what I expected it to be. Better get a car here than any other small time dealerships.

I have been going to Grapevine Toyota for several years now. This is the forth Toyota purchased from them and the service has always been excellent! Thanks in part to my asst. service supervisor Robert Moran and the whole service staff.
I came in June of this year to get our Toyota Highlander serviced and have the Zak-Tek protection applied (which is great) and went over to see Neal Asaad the General Manager just to say hello.
He asked me how my 1970 Grand Prix was doing. I told him that I was going to get the old factory R-12 A/C replaced for a new R-134a replacement unit which would have to be shipped in from Florida. The garage where I was going to take it quoted me several thousand dollars to tear out the old factory air and put in the new one, and keep the car for three days.
This was after going to three different places to get an estimate where I asked about doing a retrofit kit, (I was still wanting to keep it original as I have owned it since it was new) no one was interested in doing that because they said they couldn’t guarantee it not leaking or that the compressor bearings might be worn out and other excuses for the system not working.
Neal suggested that I bring it in and let his service techs look at it.
He introduced me to John Farley his fixed operations director and Karl Landerholm his shop foreman. They said they would check it out and let me know later that day. They captured what little R-12 Freon that was in it and cleaned the system out and refilled it with environmentally friendly R-134a Freon. After keeping it overnight to check for leaks I picked it up the next morning.
To make a long story short.
They did a great job! “Above and Beyond”. It has performed perfectly all-of this hot summer without any leaks or problems for just a couple of hundred dollars.
