Honestly, our salesman, Sam Riner, made this the best, most comfortable car purchase we've ever experienced. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were buying (2018 4Runner TRD) and took the time to explain it all to us. Not only that, because we were crunched for time, Sam brought us the vehicle all the way from Madisonville to Humble, TX - that's 184 miles round trip! And such a gentleman! We are grateful.

This is my 4th Avalon and 10th Toyota in almost 30 years. The superior quality and reliability of a Toyota keep me as a Toyota fan.
We could not have had a better experience! Loren Lookingbill and Cody Beaird are wonderful and went above and beyond to meet our needs and expectations! Absolutely the best car experience I have ever had!
I was in today with the tire pressure indicator light on after putting air in tires. I was helped by a young service attendant by the name of “Q”. He was very polite and friendly and took care of me right away. This is exactly how a customer wants to be taken care of!! You should be very proud of this young man and he should be recognized for his customer service!!

This car meets all my needs. It is fast, comfortable, spacious, smart and luxurious. It has a beautiful design inside and outside. It is reliable and good gas milage.
I arrived without an appointment and a tight time line. The service department exceeded my expectations and earned my future business! Brian Hernandez was my service advisor and was responsive and a true professional from arrival to departure!
My recently acquired Avalon is the second Toyota I???ve bought from Scott Cooper. I messaged him over a week so the process of actually buying her was very simple. Hope she works out as well as my Corolla!

Test driving this car completed my concerns and helped me to decide for it. The convenience to charge my cell phone, and the sunroof called my attention as a winner. Go Avalon!
We bought a 2017 Chevy Volt after almost a year of communication with your salesman, Brett Banaszewski. He was very patient with us and we let several opportunities pass us by before we made our purchase. He was clear and accurate about all the characteristics of our used car and the various warranties, etc. He went out of his way to help us find a hard copy of the Owner's Manual. He also volunteered to ask your mechanics for a recommendation for a Duluth Chevy dealer to service our car, since our local Ashland dealer has no one certified to work on hybrid plug-ins. Good work helping us move into the new car future which we should all be considering with the dire freight train of climate change barreling down upon us. Keep buying and pushing those electric cars. We now have solar panels and are working for public charging stations in our area. Had a hard time not jumping right into a Chevy Bolt or Nissan Leaf, but coming from deep rural we felt it was still prudent to buy a hybrid. Thank you. The Limited version in Sport or Sport+ mode provides an excellent feel for the road, together with Normal mode for comfortable highway driving. The length of the vehicle took me a couple of months to get used to (6 inches longer than my previous car) and the low front end bottoms out on some driveways if not driven slowly. But visibility is nevertheless good, even without a few extra inches of height that an SUV would offer. Seating is as easy to get in and out of as an SUV; ... even better than some.
This is the third time I personally have purchased a vehicle from Palmiero. And they NEVER disappoint. My customer service in sales with Michelle Carter excelled beyond expectation and professionalism! She was very attentive, informative and answered any question I had whether it was by email, text or call. My trade was A smooth easy transaction along with the purchase of my new 2016 tacoma! And I???ve never been happier! The truck was freshly detailed along with a full tank of gas upon pick up. Thank you all so much at Palmiero Toyota and special thanks to Michelle Carter again for this opportunity in owning a newer tacoma. I???m happy to say I???m a lifelong customer!

Serious problems with rust. Painting is defective. Charging system of the hybrid is unreliable . Problem recharging battery. Toyota corporate office is defensive and rude. My family hope to give Honda a try.
Eddy Mayorga provided an excellent, knowledgeable, down to business car buying experience. South Dade Toyota???s online assistance was rapid and narrowed down my choices prior to arrival. With Eddy???s guidance I found the vehicle I wanted, trade-in help, price...an all around good deal. Demo, sale, tags, insurance all handled crisply at South Dade same day so I could leave with the car I wanted. I am a return customer for a reason - Great Service!

I got this car on a whim bc my Honda Crosstour had been hit (and run) and was not drivable home. The Toyota dealership was right there and I was due for anew car cording to our driving program. The Avalon has plenty of power and comfort and I like the looks and feel. Not sure how it will do in the snow so no reviews there yet, but will let u know.
Mike Stover was excellent to work with. He explained all maintenance issues prior to completion. Our situation was a long term fix. Mike set us up with a rental car and kept us updated on the progress of the repair. I highly recommend Mike and Team Toyota service department.
Nice car, comfortable and excellent gas mileage.

My husband and I love our 2019 Avalon. Extremely quite, very comfortable, nice amenities, and gets great gas mileage. The interior is luxurious and meets all our needs.
My first experience leasing a new vehicle was excellent. Isreal???s experience and professionalisms helped easy my doubts but also helped me understand the best steps to go forward. He explained what would work better for me. Overall excellent experience.
