This is the third time I personally have purchased a vehicle from Palmiero. And they NEVER disappoint. She was very attentive, informative and answered any question I had whether it was by email, text or call. My trade was A smooth easy transaction along with the purchase of my new 2016 tacoma! And I???ve never been happier! The truck was freshly detailed along with a full tank of gas upon pick up. Serious problems with rust. Painting is defective. Charging system of the hybrid is unreliable . Problem recharging battery. Toyota corporate office is defensive and rude. My family hope to give Honda a try.
Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Only downside was having to wait for long periods of time for no reason. We were replacing our recently totaled 2016 Highlander with a 2017. Numbers were discussed and agreed on the day prior so that the next day would be hassle free and quick. Unfortunately, do to waiting for so long we were there for 3.5hrs.
Jeff Krivickas did an outstanding job of guiding my husband and me through the buying process. He was kind and so patient as he educated us on the tech features of our new car and we left the dealership feeling very comfortable with our Corolla hatchback.

Charles Barker has been a God send. From the very first phone call I received from Stino up until I drove off with my new baby, I was kept in the loop about EVERYTHING. I admit I was a challenge with my requirements as well as not the best credit out here BUT Stino prevailed and now I am proudly driving my new Altima. The other staff was also, too, truly amazing. I came in to wrap up the sale with a terrible headache just dealing with the car buying process and the lady at the reception area offered me a snack, water, and Tylenol. The finance gentleman worked his magic and was able to get me a good monthly payment as well as warranty. He also went above to provide whatever he had to get my children to settle down. Football it was and he, or the rest of staff, never showed any frustration with my kids or myself. They even gave them snacks :) To all of you at Charles Barker, Laskin Rd, THANK YOU ! Honestly, if you are in the car buying process LET THIS BE YOUR FIRST AND LAST STOP. They truly treat you wonderfully with no pressure. Just when I started to get discouraged, they got me approved.

I got this car on a whim bc my Honda Crosstour had been hit (and run) and was not drivable home. The Toyota dealership was right there and I was due for anew car cording to our driving program. The Avalon has plenty of power and comfort and I like the looks and feel. Not sure how it will do in the snow so no reviews there yet, but will let u know.
I arrived without an appointment and a tight time line. The service department exceeded my expectations and earned my future business! Brian Hernandez was my service advisor and was responsive and a true professional from arrival to departure!
My Toyota never disappoints me!

This is my 4th Avalon and 10th Toyota in almost 30 years. The superior quality and reliability of a Toyota keep me as a Toyota fan.
I used cars.com to find the best deal on a used 2018 Ford Expedition limited with rear entertainment system. Allen Vigil matched the CarMax appraisal for my trade in, and we were able to negotiate the deal and financing we wanted. There were a few things about the used car I wish they had disclosed before we from 2.5 hours to see it, but they were quick to fit them.
We bought a 2017 Chevy Volt after almost a year of communication with your salesman, Brett Banaszewski. He was very patient with us and we let several opportunities pass us by before we made our purchase. He was clear and accurate about all the characteristics of our used car and the various warranties, etc. He went out of his way to help us find a hard copy of the Owner's Manual. He also volunteered to ask your mechanics for a recommendation for a Duluth Chevy dealer to service our car, since our local Ashland dealer has no one certified to work on hybrid plug-ins. Good work helping us move into the new car future which we should all be considering with the dire freight train of climate change barreling down upon us. Keep buying and pushing those electric cars. We now have solar panels and are working for public charging stations in our area. Had a hard time not jumping right into a Chevy Bolt or Nissan Leaf, but coming from deep rural we felt it was still prudent to buy a hybrid. Thank you. I make excuses that I forgot to get something at the store just to drive it, going to own this car for a long time!
I have had my 2006 Toyota Avalon serviced at AutoNation of Fort Myers for since 2006. I have always been treated fairly and quality of work is excellent. I am always made to feel I am a valued customer and many times AutoNation has gone the extra mile to assure my customer satisfaction. It has been a pleasure doing business with them.
Honestly, our salesman, Sam Riner, made this the best, most comfortable car purchase we've ever experienced. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were buying (2018 4Runner TRD) and took the time to explain it all to us. Not only that, because we were crunched for time, Sam brought us the vehicle all the way from Madisonville to Humble, TX - that's 184 miles round trip! And such a gentleman! We are grateful.

My husband and I love our 2019 Avalon. Extremely quite, very comfortable, nice amenities, and gets great gas mileage. The interior is luxurious and meets all our needs.
We ended up purchasing two new 4Runners and even with an hour power outage (due to someone hitting a power box or something) they worked through everything, gave us everything we were looking for, and it was a quick and easy process.

The Limited version in Sport or Sport+ mode provides an excellent feel for the road, together with Normal mode for comfortable highway driving. The length of the vehicle took me a couple of months to get used to (6 inches longer than my previous car) and the low front end bottoms out on some driveways if not driven slowly. But visibility is nevertheless good, even without a few extra inches of height that an SUV would offer. Seating is as easy to get in and out of as an SUV; ... even better than some.
