They have a wonderful staff here. I told them what I was looking for and what my monthly price point was and they made it work for me and i got to drive home with a new to me car with a full tank of gas to get home! 10/10 would shop here again!
Have been shopping for a truck for a week. Though I did not ultimately purchase a vehicle at Neat, my experience with Louis made this dealership my top pick among the 7 or 8 that I visited.
I had narrowed my purchase down to two very different options - a higher mileage 4 cylinder at Neat and a lower miles 6 cylinder in a higher price point at another dealership. Louis sat down with me to look at both options, and encouraged me that the other vehicle appeared to be a great deal. He talked through the potential trade-offs without any pressure, and even after it became clear that I was leaning toward the V6 he continued to spend time to help me understand the complications with the Tacoma frame recall which affected both purchases. He also gave me a number of references for folks who could help out with my purchase of the other vehicle, for modifications I was interested in making.
Louis is knowledgable, generous and clearly puts his customer first. Neat will be my first stop for my next purchase.
Me and my fiance and his mother went last week to look at the cars and we found the perfect car for my family they worked out a deal with us and we bought it on the spot. Its still working great and we still absolutely love it. We are going on a family trip to up north to look at the colors of the trees this weekend. Great, easy, personable experience. I would recommend you give them a look if you are in the market for a car. As with any big purchase, do your homework, know the value of your trade, no the value of the car you want, understand where you stand if you need financing. If you do everything beforehand it makes things easier and more realistic for everyone involved.
The first time in went to website I was immediately greeted. The loan application was simple and fast. The customer service team were friendly. Michael Galer was one of the friendliest sales people I've ever encountered. I would recommend these folks to anyone I know.

My wife and I shopped allot of places but once I arrived at highline and experienced the fast, professional team here and how Chad went out of his way to help with a whole group of people working to find what we wanted ( and we tried allot of cars ) I knew this was the place! They were so easy to work with and personable. When it came time to buy I was shocked at the low finance rate Mark got us, he is a great guy, all these guys are great and they get it done! I was in the market for a new truck, and John found the exact model I wanted in stock. He was generous with his time in the sales process. Gene explained the financial and warranty details to me with complete transparency—even adding a few benefits and inside advice that added value to my purchase. The Toyota Tundra is solid, tight, hefty, peppy, and strong as nails.
My husband and I planned on trading in our leased Toyota truck with the intention of leasing another vehicle. We planned on "looking" around, but after speaking with Glenn, he made our visit comfortable in a manner that we did not feel pressured. Glenn understood that this was not our first time in a car dealership and therefore, we knew what we wanted regarding price, etc. He respected that and addressed our requests in a straightforward and respectful manner. I had been to a couple dealerships prior to here to test drive different SUV???s to see what I wanted which also meant I had to deal with many different salesman at each place. Gary was friendly and honest (which is what won me over). The other dealerships tried to take advantage of me with their sales pitch games and creative gimmicks to make you feel that I can???t get that deal anywhere else so you buy from them but I am huge on costumer service and that???s what sealed the deal to buy from Gary! The “check in” guy, Greg, has been very efficient and friendly every time we bring our car in for service. The customer service desk people are also the same. It does not feel like a “stuffy” and “upselling” environment that we have experienced in the past with other Toyota dealerships. Fast, easy (maintenance) service and no issues with my car so far.
