Great Customer Service from David at the service department!!! All the staff is courteous and helpful. They are always greeting you with a smile. They also have coffee, fruit and donuts in the waiting area.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Went to look at a 2012 ford fusion. The salesman was nice and polite.Even told me I could keep the car over night. The cars was clean and in good shape and almost $2000 under blue book value. Brought the car the next morning.They even took my old 98 Subaru that was not in good shape for trade in. So much better then other car lot I has been to. no pressure selling.

Nearly hysterical and less than 24 hours after purchasing my car. Mo dropped everything , and just jumped in the car and drove us to mechanic, reassuring me he would just refund my money and take the Car back. Turned out to be a loose cap under the engine that caused the check engine light to come on, I will guide people here, Mo is a rare breed these days. I feel do blessed, like yes, I have a great car...but I also gained a family...
