It was very important that I had a good description and photos of the vehicle on line because I had a long drive to get there to see the vehicle and did not want to waste a trip. After talking to a salesmen on the phone, I made the trip. They were waiting for me and knew exactly what I was there for and who I was.
The team took the time to go through all of the vehicle options with my husband and I when we went in to find a new family vehicle for our growing family. They answered all of our questions and broke everything down for us.
Poor follow up. No return calls. Promised repairs.

Buying process was quick. Easy. Personnel seemed friendly. However, Used car we bought was unfamiliar to sales reps.
We were promised a call back on Mon for a repair due in writing. No call. We called Mon and Tues (2x) left messages as well. No calls.
This certainly is not good customer service and referrals will be hard to give based on our experience thus far. Quick to take our money.
Bought a used Ford from them over the Internet. Spoke with Bubba (how cool is that name?) and worked with him throughout the day and he did a great job of being up-front about the car and what he could do for me as far as price, etc. There were a few small issues, which he took care of before I drove the nearly two hours to get there (including a spur-of-the-moment solution that was pretty darn clever). Purchase was smooth, car was clean and even had new tires! The 3,000 mile limited warranty, while not totally comprehensive, is a great piece of mind to have. Would purchase again from Bubba and the crew at Boardman again.
Although we live in Columbus, we only buy cars from Joe Sember at Cole Valley in Warren, Ohio. This is my third experience working with Joe, and I cannot give a higher review. Joe is dedicated to serving the customer, and it is amazing how easy Joe makes the car buying experience. His knowledge is only exceeded by his commitment to customer service, and, in all, he is prompt, efficient, honest. On our recent purchase, Joe drove more than halfway to Columbus to deliver the vehicle to us -- Joe delivers an easy, positive experience to the onerous task of buying a car. If you want to simplify the car buying experience, give Joe a call.
Just happened to stop by the dealership. The sales people were very courteous and knowledgeable about several cars on the lot. The sales manager guy was very hands on, went over a lot of options that could be ordered
