My husband and I went into the dealership to trade in our vehicle and obtain a nice mid-size vehicle for our future family. We were immediately welcomed by Isaac. He was friendly, yet assertive and efficient. My wife and I can really appreciate him and the way he listened to our needs to make sure we left satisfied with our new vehicle. He really went the extra mile to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. He has been extremely professional and very respectful of our time as well. The receptionist, salesman, and finance person were prompt in responding, courteous and helpful throughout the process. Though I should probably wait to do this until after I actually receive my car from the transport company, I feel confident that all will be well. This was my first car buying from a distance and it went smoothly.

We test drove a Highlander and fell in love. Brad explained different features with us so we knew what we were getting for our money.

The facility was nice and the car choices are good. My dealer seemed distracted. They did not appear busy but he didn't seem interested in my being there. I felt I was pulling him from something more important. The prices seemed fair. I would only recommend if you want to get in buy and leave.
Throughout the whole week kevin was exceptional in not only his customer service but his knowledge of the product. I had multiple quotes from other dealerships but kevin was understanding and accommodating for any need that i had.
My buying experience was nothing but excellent from start to finish. The used vehicle I bought was all that was advertised,the price was as stated and no crazy add -ons after the agreed upon deal. The car was detailed to complete satisfaction,and ready when promised.There was two surprises to the sale: a 45 day warranty came without charge,and when they recounted the cash that I paid (after I left the dealership and was on my way home),I got a phone call from manager Andre Selec informing me that I paid TOO MUCH and that they would be returning $100 to me!!!That was cash that he could have put in his pocket and not told anyone about it,but he called me right away. Mr. Stahl and Mr. Selec and the whole operation was top notch as I expected nothing less ,as this is my second purchase from this store (purchased a 2017 Crosstrek).
Bryon was attentive, informative and helpful throughout the buying process. He helped me understand all the features and how to use them. When I picked up the car it had all the options for the agrred upon price and was the desired color. Bryon has called to follow up and answered all my questions. This was a positive buying experience and I love my C-HR.

Mehdi Benmoussa has deep product??? knowlege and excellent selling skills! Mehdi was very professional, nice and knows how to sell the assigned products. He listens carfully to what you need, gives you advices and doesn???t do push sales like other salespersons ! He knows everything about each car even teh small details!! I had the best customer service experience at this dealership (Toyota of Watertown). Other employees are also very friendly and professionals. Would recommend this location and Mehdi Benmoussa as a salesman. You will be very pleased with his offers !!
