Wanted to have a utilitarian vehicle. The 2015 Impala was an excellent car but I need a vehicle to take my daughter on adventures and then become dad again when needed. Chip, the manager and finance associate were great. They worked so hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted. Thanks to all.
From the moment we walked in we had great service. Brad Baker was the awesome guy we dealt with. He worked with us to see what was right for us and get us into the perfect vehicle. We test drove a Highlander and fell in love. Brad explained different features with us so we knew what we were getting for our money.

Absolutely love this car. Smoothe ride, powerful drive. The gas mileage is amazing! If you're looking for a touring car or just a car for the city, this is it! There nothing bad about this car.

Fuel economy is amazing! Very comfortable ride with lots of leg room in the back. Surprising amount of trunk room. Very reliable and very little maintenance required. Love the 10,000 miles between oil changes.

540 MIles Per Tank. Handles and rides like a dream. Very comfortable and super quiet. No exterior noise heard. Excellent choice. Very safe. Crash test winner. Very happy with my purchase.
Great service. I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and a software flash updat recall. My appointment was at 0800 and I arrived at 0745. Left the dealership at 0930. Seemed a little long but no big deal, they also washed the outside of my truck!

This car will go over 400 miles with a full tank of gas. Rooming and ride comfortably , and easy to handle.

I was in the car business for 27 years and have driven a diverse group of cars. My Avalon is economical and luxurious with a very nice character change and a firmer ride in the” Sport” mode. It is a given that well known Toyota reliability and quality is an important reason to own this car.
If zero stars was an option, that would better describe the service provided by this dealership. Not only did they make me an appointment for body work with a loaner vehicle and then tell me that I couldn't keep the loaner vehicle during the body service (because their body shop is in Cranberry....not sure what that has to do with anything) but also said they wouldn't be able to do the body work until the following week. To make everything even worse, when I took my car elsewhere for an estimate, I was told that the previous repair done by the dealership was terrible and would require more work and money to repair in order to fix the shoddy job. I bought a luxury car for a reason.....the first benefit if owning an Infiniti on the Infiniti USA website is service and courtesy vehicles.....neither of which this dealership provides. I will go out of my way in the future to never give business to any Cochran dealership and let everyone I know to do the same. The dealership has contacted me and is trying to make this right and being very accommodating. More to come.....

I hadn't considered driving a sedan, much less a large sedan until I rode in one using Uber. I've been driving Subarus and Hondas for years because they're reliable and get good gas mileage but this car gets better gas mileage and is much more comfortable.
I am disappointed in the lack of storage space in the front seats. The paint scratches easily. Future designs should include a place to put a box of tissue and other necessities. The glove compartment is too small. The car is very comfortable and I really like it other than storage and paint.
The best car I have ever owned.

This car has been reliable, economical and comfortable for the years I have owned it. I cannot imagine a better car, including Mercedes-Benz that I have owned in the past.
David Jones is friendly and helpful. He listened to my needs and worked to put together a good deal for me. I feel that he was very straightforward, which I like. I traded in my A4. It was a car that I liked so much, I replaced it with a newer A4. I was nervous about buying a used car, so David helped me understand the Certified Pre-Owned. He was very patient in terms of letting me check out a number of the used cars. He didn't call me relentlessly, the way some other salespeople have. That was appreciated. Since moving to NC, I've had my Audi serviced at this dealership. They've always been very good to deal with. Glad to see that same vibe carried through to the sales side of the dealership.

Have only owned one month, but ride is incredibly smooth, quiet and comfortable. Love the two-tone leather interior and accents. Only things I don’t really like are stereo controls and interface, sound is only okay, and it needs usb ports for passengers.
Brought in my newly purchased 2017 Prius (DeLuca Vehicle was demo but purchased at another site) for regular service. Additionally inquired about an extended warranty. I was assisted by Brie Cohen in Service and Adam Phelps in the Finance Department. Brie was excellent, explained what was covered under the 24M mile warranty and told me that I was covered at no cost for what I was doing that day. I was pleasantly surprised as I had expected to pay for service. She then did a hand off to Adam for the warranty (giving me a tour of the facility on the way). Afterwards, when my car was ready she went with me to the car and showed me some things since the car did not come with a owners manual. In addition, Adam made the warranty process effortless, explaining all my options and coverage's. I purchased an extended warranty and maintenance plan. I had every intention to buy that day and never felt pressured. Adam was pleasant to work with, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. All in all, a great customer experience.
Throughout the whole week kevin was exceptional in not only his customer service but his knowledge of the product. I had multiple quotes from other dealerships but kevin was understanding and accommodating for any need that i had.
From the time i called and talked to Justin in parts then my service advisor Chris and the nice gentleman who greeted me named Alan; everything with my experience was fabulous. Chris kept me informed, called me back many times to answer my questions, kept me informed all day.long on the status of the repairs. CHRIS IS EXCELLENT and Justin was most helpful too. I had given up on working with a lexus service dept after so many bad experiences at lexus of tampabay. Now I had a reason to keep visiting lexus for my services.
Had fun buying my 3rd car. Jack helped me select my new truck. Will keep coming back for all of my automotive needs. Thanks guys.

Average about 38 mpg combined. Quite, agile, good stereo. Bought used with 82k. Exterior and interior are almost like new - they both have held up extremely well despite the mileage. 4 adults are VERY comfortable in this car.

I have had my 2006 Toyota Avalon serviced at AutoNation of Fort Myers for since 2006. I have always been treated fairly and quality of work is excellent.
