My wife and are both now on our 3rd lease each all from TOP. This was vehicle number 6 and both Salesman, Zee Umar and Finance Manager, Kal Mian made it flawless, easy, and another first class experience. Mr. Shaervin and Mr. Musthaba was nice and kind to help is with all questions and finance aid. They did what they could. However the documentation was not much centralized as the file move officers started calling for the missing documents one the go which is not likable. Otherwise we had good experience.
They really treat their customers with compassion. The service was awesome. They listen to what I really needed and I left the dealership with a brand new car that was impossible for me to get at other dealerships.
I had been searching for a tundra for a month and found one online through car fax late at night. I emailed to see if it was available and received a response immediately. Forkan was my contact and he was extremely helpful. My wife and I had been planning on visiting a closet dealership in the morning but I thought I try the Plano Toyota because the listed price was really good. Let???s just say it was worth the hour drive from Fort Worth because everyone at the Plano dealership, especially Forkan we???re so helpful and made the experience great.
I have been going to Grapevine Toyota for several years now. This is the forth Toyota purchased from them and the service has always been excellent! Thanks in part to my asst. service supervisor Robert Moran and the whole service staff.
I came in June of this year to get our Toyota Highlander serviced and have the Zak-Tek protection applied (which is great) and went over to see Neal Asaad the General Manager just to say hello.
He asked me how my 1970 Grand Prix was doing. I told him that I was going to get the old factory R-12 A/C replaced for a new R-134a replacement unit which would have to be shipped in from Florida. The garage where I was going to take it quoted me several thousand dollars to tear out the old factory air and put in the new one, and keep the car for three days.
This was after going to three different places to get an estimate where I asked about doing a retrofit kit, (I was still wanting to keep it original as I have owned it since it was new) no one was interested in doing that because they said they couldn’t guarantee it not leaking or that the compressor bearings might be worn out and other excuses for the system not working.
Neal suggested that I bring it in and let his service techs look at it.
He introduced me to John Farley his fixed operations director and Karl Landerholm his shop foreman. They said they would check it out and let me know later that day. They captured what little R-12 Freon that was in it and cleaned the system out and refilled it with environmentally friendly R-134a Freon. After keeping it overnight to check for leaks I picked it up the next morning.
To make a long story short.
They did a great job! “Above and Beyond”. It has performed perfectly all-of this hot summer without any leaks or problems for just a couple of hundred dollars.

I bought my 2000 Tundra new in August 1999. Keep it in tip top shape always. Had emergency 11-15-2018/Monday after starting Tundra. Running rough & engine check light came on. I had to take my Wife to an appointment at UT Southwestern Hospital in Dallas, Tx for followup on a recent surgery. I called Justin Ryan, Service Mgr at Pat Lobb Toyota in McKinney, Tx. Justin gave me a loaner vehicle at no cost while my Tundra was being repaired by my always go to Senior Certified Master Tech, Jeff Colefield. The #2 Cylinder Coil (8 Cylinder Engine) had malfunctioned and needed replacing. These 2 people who I always depend on when any of my vehicles need repairing, came to my rescue in this emergency situation. It was a great stress relief knowing I could depend on them to meet my vehicle repair needs. Thanks so much Justin Ryan & Jeff Colefield
UPDATE TO ''SHOPPING FOR A TOYOTA TACOMA''
I posted a review that a Tacoma was listed with some features that it was not equipped with a few days ago. After I posted the review the management got back to me on the price of the truck. They agreed to lower price and worked with me over email and texts to get the numbers in order. I did not get the truck with them but they were very responsive to me throughout the test driving process. I can't remove my initial review so I'm posting an update today to clarify the issue.
The truck buying process was excellence. Thanks to Mark Kitchen the finance manager for his friendliness and kindness. Kenny Jackson for his excellence customer service and Mark McCain also great customer service.
The salesman worked with on the price of the new car the price on my car and the interest rate for two hours .I said thanks and left to go get something to eat. he never called me to follow up. I may have bought the car
