Used Toyota Avalon Hybrid for Sale in Chandler, AZ

My experience at Bell Lexus has been incredible! I just bought my first Lexus after trading my 4Runner. I walked in to see if anyone had traded a 4Runner, Highlander or Rav4 thinking I could not afford a luxury Lexus. Greco Barbaro opened my eyes to a wonderful opportunity to own a Lexus that I could afford (I did not want to finance)! He was absolutely wonderful! There was no pressure. There was no upselling or trying to convince me to buy new or something beyond my ability to pay cash…which had been recommended at a couple other local dealerships. I'm from a relatively small southern Indiana town. Our local Kenny Kent Toyota Lexus dealer is family owned and my family has bought many cars from them. They are trustworthy and go the extra mile. I faxed the Carfax to my Dad who then spoke with Steve Vandeveer, their Lexus specialist, who said it was a great deal. Greco and his manager Will Baietto met my negotiation requests : ) and so I bought a beautiful Lexus! Richard von Braun also helped in the process and shared insight. Cheryl Hagen made the process of actually buying the car very easy! Norm was incredibly friendly, and gave me some good advice as well, at a time when I was getting some questions answered. And now Doug Burton, the service consultant helping me, has been an absolute joy to work with! He called me to get things scheduled (I didn't have to call, he did so proactively). He also provided needed direction with some of the technical aspects of my car. Everyone here is friendly and genuine providing valuable insight along the way, making the whole experience great! Have only had it for three days, but bought it because of all the safety features installed on it. If drives very well and this Avalon comes highly recommended by Consumer Reports. We expect we will not be other than well pleased by our purchase.

I've brought our cars here for years. This week, my car required a simple 45,000 mile service, but at the same time, my daughter who just moved to Cincinnati had to have her car serviced. Zach did what he always does. Very friendly. Breaks explanations down simply. My daughter called me after her service experience in Cincy and told me that Zach is something else that she misses about Arizona. She said that she didn't know what needed to be done, so she called Zach before taking her car in, and said that Zach took the time to answer her questions. It's always an easy experience for my family... and I value that! Thanks Zach.

In my opinion this car gives the most economical fuel consumption in comparison to its equally luxurious cars. One thing it lacks that it is not fully hybrid one and the driver can only drive at battery for maximum speed of 35mph.

John and Bob provided the most satisfying experience we ever had in a car dealership. Last weekend, I traded in my 2015 Hyundai Elantra for a 2017 new Hyundai Tucson from Chapman Scottsdale. Quick response; salesperson accommodated my schedule. Test drive was average length. I knew more about the car than the sales person did but it was an exotic car so that is understandable

Very comfortable, has all technology you look for in an advanced car. Qi-Wireless charging, Heated rear seats, rear windshield curtain, navigation system, radar cruise control above all best performance in an hybrid vehicle. Even with sports mode on it is giving 36 to 38 mpg.

I Love my 2016 Fit. I traded in my 2010 Fit and Autonation gave me a fair price for it. Bruce Kralb and Alan Garcia always made the buying process an enjoyable one. They never pressured us and the gave a final price for the car, that was what I was looking for. Between taking Test drives and sitting down and talking about our options, this has been one of the best car purchasing experiences I ever had. They are just good people. Another good person I would like to praise is Jillian Zimmerman, the Financial service manager. She was great in explaining to us our financial responsibilities as well as any add ons we may wanted to purchase. I bought my car without any tint, with the help of Jillian and Bruce, my tinting service was expedited the day I brought it in. Autonation is just a great place to buy a car from, great people, great prices, and great service. I highly recommend.

I've had the vehicle for 2 weeks and have to say the initial quality is the highest of any vehicle I have owned. Besides getting AMAZNG gas mileage (average of 41.4 so far), the ride is SUPER comfortable and the drive is just so relaxing. I took it on a 500 mile trip the first week I owned it and had absolutely no driver fatigue. Sure, the grill is GIGANTIC, but it really has grown on me and looks really nice on the dark colors (I got the Parisian night pearl). The only minor annoyances are 1) the remote start shuts off when you open a door (I know they say it is a safety feature, but every Honda, Chevy, Ford have it figured out) and 2) the radio does not reduce the volume when Apple CarPlay navigation is speaking. Other than that, I absolutely LOVE the vehicle and would highly recommend to anyone that wants a comfortable cruiser.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

My car meets all my needs for significantly reducing pollution to the environment, reliability, gas savings averaging 50 miles per gallon, since I purchased on 1/31/2019! I negotiated Toyota 8 year or 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty as part of my deal, so I have absolutely no costs for maintenance, dream come true!!!

This car has all and more of the attributes that I was looking for (hybrid for good gas mileage, HUD, interior styling and leather, exterior)

Everyone I met there was very helpful. Issac spent a lot of time with me to help me find the right car and work out the financing that best fit my needs. I've had the car not quite a week now and have sent a few questions to Issac via email that he's answered quickly. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience - and since it's been 16 years since I last bought a car (2000 Camry - and had a 1987 Camry before that one), the whole experience was a lot less stressful than I expected it to be!
