I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!
This is the second transaction I have completed with Toyota of Vineland. Several years ago I leased a vehicle, and now I purchased one. I have had my vehicle serviced and repaired by them, never had any work done without a call telling me what it needed and a price for the work. My appointment was always on time, and vehicle was delivered at the time they promised. When a part was back ordered for a warranty issue, they let me know when it was scheduled for delivery and asked when it would be convenient to return for the work. All was completed to my satisfaction, and car was always returned cleaner.
When buying, they showed me several financing options, rates and terms. Obviously they were more favorable than I found even at my own bank. The salesman and the GM treated me like friends and family. The finance manager offered me a good deal on the extended warranty which I am still considering. There were no upsells, and no pressures, assuring that I'll return for my next car! Very happy with the service and treatment from a well run organization!
My sad day was made brightened by Conicelli and Ahmad.

Today 11/30/18 is my 11th wedding anniversary but my 1st anniversary as a widow. I decided to purchase a SUV today to try to make myself feel better. Ahmad was very helpful and met my needs immediately. He does not know but his casual conversation did help me make it through the day, the almost 3 1/2 hours I spent in Conicelli helped me make it through a depressing day and I am happy with my end result, a 2018 Highlander.
