I didn???t expect to get to trade in a car I just bought a year ago but it happened at Toyota of Cleveland. My sales rep, Matt, went above and beyond to make this happen for me. Reliable yet sporty looking car

This car looks nice as well as sporty . It rides nice and the added features such as pre collision system , radar cruise control and blind spot monitor are wonderful .
Only negatives are I would have rather had the backup mirror on the audio display rather than the rear view mirror so it’s larger . Also, would rather have it be an AWD.
Additionally, my left rear wheel bearing went out within a year .
Jeff Huffman did an outstanding job assisting my wife and I with the car- buying process. From the very start he was upfront and honest, which went a long way in debunking the typical "care salesman" feel that we were trying to avoid.
Jeff made it clear.. his job was to ensure we purchased the right car, as opposed to simply "selling" us a car. The purchasing process was easy and stress free (we came prepared and new what we wanted). His communication skills were/are exceptional, and above all else, genuine. This was an A+ experience in all facets.
Next time you swing by P.L. Toyota (Baton Rouge), ask for Jeff. You will not be disappointed. He's a pro.
I highly recommend this dealership. Internet folks on top of their game. The new management team worked the numbers for me as I requested and put me in the exact vehicle I was looking for! Overall great experience.

The styling of this car attracted me at first. Then I test test drove. Was amazing. Felt spoiled. Has safety features and styling I love. And excellent warranty. Very happy.

Very Smooth Ride

I looked around quite a bit before buying my CH-R. Style as well as safety are very important to me and this fit the bill. The ride is very smooth, it has plenty of leg room and I love all the safety features. It's a real head turner! I just wish it was designed with better visibility. The blindspots kinda suck. Other than that, this car rocks!
Shaq in sales greater us im with a warm smile. He was very attentive to our needs and wants. He went above and beyond to get the car we wanted in our price range. Please go see him.

Quality of this Toyota is first rate. Ride quality, transmission shifting and engine is very smooth. I dont even feel it shifting. The finish and fit is exactly what you would expect from Toyota. I have nothing but kudos for Toyota for producing a sharp head turning vehicle. Nothing else like it on the road.

We found the Honda Accord 2016 with the great drive, low mileage and fair price. Eddy Mondesir helped us a lot to find a car to fit for us. He also friendly and service mind. It's no pressure at all to buy a car over there. The sale manager explained very well about the cost and financial, and also sincere to us for showing the price from KBB and carfax to compare with their dealer. It's very impressive! We are strongly recommend this dealership.
We ended up purchasing two new 4Runners and even with an hour power outage (due to someone hitting a power box or something) they worked through everything, gave us everything we were looking for, and it was a quick and easy process.
Limited Vision Via Back, Side Windows is Dangerous

I’ve leased this car for the past year. The back and side windows are much too small. The front passenger headrest also blocks the view of the car’s rear passenger window, making it impossible to see whatever is to the right-rear of the car. Even after a year, I still think that these combine to create a limited sightline that makes this car dangerous to drive.
Had an amazing experience shopping with George Cowley and his team. Had no intention of buying a new vehicle at all or any vehicle right now. George was so knowledgeable and truly cared that we get exactly what we needed. He even changed the order a day later on a plow I ordered to accommodate the heavier workload I'd be taking. The entire team works together in a supportive, no pressure atmosphere. I could not have had a better buying experience. I actually ended up buying two new vehicles because I was 100% positive I would never get better deals or service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

It definitely gets attention and comments from strangers. Some love it, so hate it, but it is distinctive.
Thought I'd hate all the new safety features, but now don't know how I lived without them.
Didn't notice the lack of power some have noted, but we're not heavy footed anyway, so it seems adequate.
Biggest drawback to me is the extremely poor outward visibility. Blindspot monitoring and back-up camera help, but it is poor.

I have had the best experience ever from the beginning to the end. Landon Puffer was so nice, informative and just a friendly person who won my confidence and trust when making my decision in buying my Forester. I felt like I was talking to a family member about a car and not a salesperson in it for their own benefit. The entire staff was very helpful and welcomed me, my son-in-law and daughter and their service dog Levi.

This is a really nice design and economic on gas but the only thing I didn’t like the emergency break that automatically don’t work they. You have to put it so many times and still is not 100% fine. Something good is that is economic in Gas
Best customer service and car buying experience so far!!! Marty is amazing. We bought a Mercedes Benz ML350 from him, he provided us with so much information and history about the car, including inspection reports, owner history, just anything that he knew about this car, which made us very comfortable in buying it. We strongly recommend Marty’s service and we will definitely be in touch when ready for new cars again. Thank you Marty for all your help and honesty, this is really hard to find in the car selling business nowadays!
