John was excellent; he gave quick answers, very thorough information regarding details t hat I needed to know about my new Toyota. He was responsive; got back to me regarding the entire package in order to speed up my time spent. We had full service information, interfacing with my insurance company, with a service contract and terms. Best experience I have ever had with an auto purchase.

This was the most flawless car buying purchasenwe have ever had. From the moment we walked onto the lot, it was courteous and professionalism start to finish. I actually had an appt. to go to Centennial but my husband wanted to stop at your facility before we continued on. Needless to say, we never left until our 2018 Toyota Tacoma was in possession. Our son is the happiest 16 year old ever with the nicest ride any kid could have for a first vehicle. Joseph Walker worked his butt off for us. He promised he???d deliver and give us what we were looking for, and he certainly did! We will be coming back to make another purchase hopefully later this year from him! Thank you, Joseph, and everyone we dealt with yesterday at Findlay Toyota!
Paul was great. From the email communication to when I went in store. He found exactly what I wanted and got me the terms that I could manage. Will be buying from Him again. Adrian was great. Was in and out of finance in less than 30 minutes!
Everyone was very helpful when I had purchased a car my first time there. I had a few issues with that purchase, but it's history. Came back a few days ago and unexpectedly ended up buying another car. I received amazing service this time around. I was pretty happy with the purchase. The next day, I received a call asking me to come back and get a cosigner. I said no and that I'd return the car. Went over to return my new purchase and they came back with a new offer. I declined and was kept around for 2 1/2 hours with new offers. I had my own reasons for changing my mind. When I got my previous car back, the dealer made the remark, "This is what I get for being a nice guy?" He knew I was leaving next week and wouldn't be coming back for four months and practically told me, in an obviously peeved tone, that he could've screwed me over and it would have caused problems if he called after I left. I understand he was pissed, but he could've kept his mouth shut and he would've received a better review. It obviously wasn't because he was nice, but because it needed to get done. Yeah I know I wasted your time your time, but I said no and you kept wasting your time on me. You were a great guy initially. Everyone else was very helpful with getting stuff done. Cherish and the lady that took our picture (Sorry I forgot your name!) were very helpful in answering my questions regarding other matters that I needed to get done.
Let???s talk about customer service this dealer is great, but what it make it outstanding is their employee like Anthony Belmonte. I have purchase two vehicle from this dealership and in both purchases have been done with Anthony. He will make sure that your needs are meet. Me been a veteran I always look for the top notch service and Anthony goes beyond anybody expectations. From the color of your car to the minimum detail inside and out of the vehicle that you are going to buy. Furthermore he wants to make sure that you are buying the car of your dreams. He explains all the details of the car, apps, what are all the gadgets on the vehicle and he gives a follow up phone call to make sure that everything is ok with the vehicle and that you are happy with your purchase. Plus if you are Latino he speaks Spanish. So if you are on the market for a great vehicle come to Findlay Toyota and ask for Anthony Belmonte trust me you won???t regretted.

Been getting mulitiple letters due to recalls on my 2009 Corolla so I decided to call in and make an appointment. Found out I had 4 recalls that needed to be done instead of two. Customer service transferred me to AutoNation Toyota in Las Vegas and from there Brandon Muhlenburg took care of me when I arrived for my appointment. He was able to schedule me a ride home even if I lived more than 10 miles away. Car was done in a timely manner and there was no hassle what so ever. Amazing experience, thank you!
WOW I was dreading taking my vehicle to the dealer for repairs since not buying a vehicle. CJ is the best agent ever, he kept me informed on the repair and its status and suggestions. THANK YOU CJ, I am definitely bring back my vehicle for service with you.
I took our Lexus in for a transmission flush and the service advisor Mark G was really friendly and treated me great. He had our car serviced within just a few hours and the service department had many cars coming in for service . He had the mechanic do a safety inspection on the car while it was in there and he recommended our tires replaced since the sidewalls were cracking, so I had the tires changed that week.
