Autumns customer service was great! Didn't get that customer service feeling from any other dealership. Got a great deal on a new vehicle. Lowest price in the valley. Just make sure you ask the finance department lots of questions. Didn't feel the warranty prices were as transparent on paper as they could have been. Confident with the price of the vehicle but left feeling a bit gouged by warranties. Although lack of knowledge on our end may have played a part in that. Just make sure you ask questions and research your warranty options before hand.
Nabeel was very helpful. He had wonderful customer service. Only advice I would give is that I wish the financing department was a little more transparent and provided a little more detailed information and options. I feel confident that we received the best deal on the vehicle price but the additional warranties were quite a bit more expensive than what was expected. Although keep in mind as a first time buyer lack of knowledge may have played a part in that.
This was one of our best and very smooth car buying experiences. Out of all the several dealerships we visited to check out cars, this one was best in customer service, customer friendliness, fair price, ease and quality of doing business. Ofcourse we did our thorough research on (1) this dealership (2) the car we wanted (3) same car at other dealerships around the country (4) reviews etc. this helped with useful conversations about technical aspects of the car with the knowledgeable associate. the sales manager was very willing to listen to our price point and tried best to beat other dealership prices. He also made a fair offer for our trade in that worked. Overall great experience during and after the buying process.
Todd Beck was my sales guy, and he took great care of me and was very personable. I was looking for a used Tacoma and we were able to get me into a 2018 Tacoma for about the same price. Aaron Olsen helped cement the deal I wanted and was friendly and professional. There was a bit of an issue with my California title to my truck since it got lost in the mail years ago, but the Sales Manager assured me, and the finance guy Mike, that they would take care of it! Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend Riverview to anyone looking to buy a Toyota. I LOVE MY NEW TRUCK!!!!
Went in for a test drive, drove out same day with the 2018 new Toyota Tacoma I wanted. After friendly negotiation (that’s typical in car buying), Jagger and Luis were able to work out a great deal. Financing was also super easy (which depends on your credit quality) and serving afterwards to get base boards installed was excellent!
Just the service and friendliness of this dealership warranted me to consider them to friends and family.
I hate buying cars because of the dealership experience but I have to say this was a great experience. They listened, didn’t push me to do anything or take my keys. Even left and came back because I needed to think. The next day more than one person said hello and used my name from the day before. Devvan was my salesman and he was awesome. Spent more time making sure I was taken care of in the whole process.
After months trying to get my landcruiser repaired at a local shop, 1 week with the guys at camelback had my truck running great. They have the specialized knowledge needed for my 1992 fj80.

Requested information about a vehicle by email only, no phone number was given. Salesman called another person associated to me and was rude to them. Hung up when the person tried to explain they didn’t know what he was talking about. Salesman then finally emailed me saying that it was not okay that I gave someone else’s number. Very rude, will never buy a car from this dealer.
In comparison with my last car buting experience, George Henderson III was the best salesman. I told him I wanted him to be real with me and show me cars that were in my price range and he sure kept his promise. This dalership worked with me and George to get my forever car in my budget. I wanted an SUV. I checked out Honda CR-V and Subaru Forrster but bought a RAV4 because of Rick Emerson my service advisor or some 15 years- had a Corolla then a Prius. That???s how important service is to me.
Great dealership! They got me in when I wanted to get in, and were done when they said they would be. I will be back 3 times a year until I sell the car..
