I needed the 15K maintenance service. I called and asked for an appointment - where I came from, Seattle, you always needed an appointment. It was Tues afternoon about 3pm. Service said, no, the we can have you out of here in 2 hours if you come in now. So i drove there and was promptly greeted by Dylan. He said he would have me out of there in 1.75 hrs max. He asked if i'd been there before. I said no. So he showed me around and left me in the large waiting area at a work area where i could use my laptop. About an hour and a half later, Dylan told me my car was ready.

I recently brought my 2016 4Runner TRD Pro in for its 10K service. Full disclosure, I use my 4Runner for overlanding/expo events and can be quite picky letting anyone touch it. Having several terrible experiences with another local Toyota dealership, I wasn't looking forward to my visit. Much to my surprise, the folks in the service department were fantastic! The service tech, Sean, was also a huge 4Runner enthusiast and knew EXACTLY what I was looking to accomplish, he delivered spot on. My experience was nothing short of exceptional, take your car here people! Big shout out to both Sean and Jeanine Sallemi for the excellent service.

I was watching the movement of this SUV in Sri Lankan street's for a few months. I was attracted by its body shape. I started to learn about this car for a couple of weeks. Subsequently I made inquiries from my friends who use this car and they recommended it with great satisfaction. Yesterday I bought this car having exchanged my previous car. The interior, exterior, style, performance and shape are excellent. I think it is a best SUV for lower budget and also a great value for the money. Thank Toyota.

In April, 2017, I shopped for a new truck in Austin, TX, reviewing Toyota, Ford, Chevy and Dodge offerings . The Charles Maund Toyota sales team was by far the best. Veronica Sifuentes was just excellent as the point sales person. She listened to me to understand my needs/wants and then matched me with Toyota's best/most appropriate product (2017 Tundra). Unusually strong sales skills/talent, very easy to work with and followed up on everything. The sales experience was much better than anticipated, with no pressure, honest negotiations, reasonable give and take, and a very efficient sales close process. An interesting note: While talking with Ford, I mentioned I was trading in an old Toyota Tundra and shopping for a new "best" truck. Their sales guy said "Hmmm, most Toyota owners buy another Toyota truck, because they so enjoyed their prior one." Absolutely true, and after reviewing/driving the top 4 truck brands - I bought another Toyota Tundra. My last one was the best truck I've ever owned, with no significant repairs needed in 9 years of ownership. Currently, Ford F150 gets better gas mileage, Chevy Silverado has more tech inside, Dodge Ram is kind of pretty, but the Toyota Tundra is the most reliable, has the best repair record, is safer and will haul you out of the ditch every time - no sweat. The truck is just awesome - buy one and you will not regret it.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

It definitely gets attention and comments from strangers. Some love it, so hate it, but it is distinctive. Thought I'd hate all the new safety features, but now don't know how I lived without them. Didn't notice the lack of power some have noted, but we're not heavy footed anyway, so it seems adequate. Biggest drawback to me is the extremely poor outward visibility. Blindspot monitoring and back-up camera help, but it is poor.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

New to the area, I took my wife’s Camry XLE in for periodic maintenance. I called the service department and received a same day appointment. The telephone receptionist was exceptionally courteous and friendly and provided me everything I needed to know. I was greeted promptly at the service center and introduced to My service advisor, Micah who was very professional and courteous. Micah escorted me to the customer waiting lounge which was well appointed and comfortable. Service was quick, professional with no pressured upselling. Probably the best auto service experience I’ve ever had in my 65 years of driving. Without reservation, highly recommended.

This car looks nice as well as sporty . It rides nice and the added features such as pre collision system , radar cruise control and blind spot monitor are wonderful . Only negatives are I would have rather had the backup mirror on the audio display rather than the rear view mirror so it’s larger . Also, would rather have it be an AWD. Additionally, my left rear wheel bearing went out within a year .

I have owned several Hyundai cars beginning with the accent, so every time I'm looking to upgrad my Hyundai. The reason I choose southpoint was because we have been bringing our other hyundai cars there for service. Your service department has been beyond reproach, especially Gilbert the service manager (I think). But anyway his name is Gilbert in the service department. He has integrity, very professional & honest. He has been nothing but fair when quoting car repairs and then following up during and in between and after the work has been done. Gilbert is a true professional and a great asset to Southpoint Hyundai. The other person I would like to mention is Thomas the young man who helped me with my purchase. I first met Thomas through the online system, because that's where I started my search, there was no doubt in my mind that my car was going to be bought at Southpoint Hyundai, it was just a matter of what color Sonata I wanted. I'm a no nonsense person, I don't won't nobody telling me what I want & trying to sell me something. Thomas was respectful from the first phone call until the last. He listened and did what I asked, so my experience was wonderful with him. I would recommend anybody I know looking for a car to go to Southpoint and go see Thomas. If y'all give bonuses then you need to give Thomas a bonus, and if you don't give a bonus then you need to! Car salesmen have bad reputations, but you all can be proud of Thomas, he is a wonderful young man. The next person is Sonny the finance guy, he is a 'Hoot" and I mean that with the utmost respect. When buying a car the finance part is the hardest. Sonny did this part with me effortlessly, there was "NO" stress during this process. Did I get the interest rate and payment I wanted, NO. That is not from Sonny not trying to do the best of me. But Sonny did the best he could with what he had to work with, Me(55357)(56842). So I'm very grateful for that. The other person was Joe the finance guy who wrapped up my deal, he was thorough and professional. At the end of the day the only complaint I have is that I got no credit for the work that I had done on my old Elantra a few months prior to me my buying my new car. Although I mentioned it to Thomas & Sonny during my process, I never got an answer as to if they would give me some credit. The timing belt was replaced on my other Hyundai. However at the end of the day, Hyundai is a great car, and Southpoint is the best! Oh yea did I mention that I drive an hour to get to Southpoint, when there are several Hyundai dealers where I live and pass several Hyundai dealers on my way to Southpoint, but its worth the drive to get the kind of service Southpoint has. KP Kirkpatrick in the Service Department is one of the best Service Consultants I have had the pleasure to work with. He handled everything for me from the smallest details to the bigger issues regarding what needed to be done in getting my Prius back on the road. My platinum warranty (I had purchased at Charles Maund) was good advice (from Adam Barker who sold me my car and the warranty) because it paid for itself on this single repair!! KP even arranged my rental car saving me time and energy by doing so. KP called me twice over a period of 3 days keeping me informed on the progress of my car???s repair. He made all the arrangements in locking down the insurance adjuster???s day and time of arrival as well. When I picked up the car on the 3rd day (morning) it had been raining all night and into the morning. When I received my Prius I saw that they had gone to the trouble of washing the car. Even though it might begin raining again at any moment. But the rain had stopped and I drove away fully washed, a $0 payment for all the work they had completed, (around $2,400), rental care gone and I was on my way. I know this is quite a long letter, but I have purchased many, many cars over the past 49 years. And when a dealership goes that ???extra mile??? to prove they are the best, not by saying it, but to litterly prove by their service that indeed talk the talk, and walk the walk, people need to hear such experiences from the customers. KP Kirkpatrick, my service consultant is the best. No need to worry, he???ll take care of you. He also has a great attitude, and sense of humor that is always welcomed. Am I satisfied with Charles Maunds service? You bet I am!

Of course, I waited until the last day, really not expecting to get in. I called, was told to come on over, got there around 12:30 p.m. Figured I would probably have to wait a couple of hours or more, since was told 1-1 1/2 hr. wait. Had oil change, tire rotation, checked fluids, etc. and was on my way in 45 min.!!! My Service Advisor, Jerry, couldn't have been more courteous and answered all my questions that had accrued during my two years of ownership. Really impressed!!

The service rep Jeanine Sallemi was very helpfull at her service desk and granted me a 15 percent discount in my alignment when I went in I was not expecting that and your dealership is great I love how they sent me the video of them inspecting my car thumbs up Janine and also love the coffee and delicious cookies . I looked around quite a bit before buying my CH-R. Style as well as safety are very important to me and this fit the bill. The ride is very smooth, it has plenty of leg room and I love all the safety features. It's a real head turner! I just wish it was designed with better visibility. The blindspots kinda suck. Other than that, this car rocks!

Showed up on Saturday, spent 30 minutes looking around. Knew which vehicle we wanted but told the salesman we???d come back on Tuesday. Ended coming back on Monday and spent 1 hour finalizing all the details then drove away. Easiest buy I???ve ever had, Jacob is a straight shooter. Zero back and forth with the director. Super easy totally recommend if in the market for a vehicle.

Quality of this Toyota is first rate. Ride quality, transmission shifting and engine is very smooth. I dont even feel it shifting. The finish and fit is exactly what you would expect from Toyota. I have nothing but kudos for Toyota for producing a sharp head turning vehicle. Nothing else like it on the road.
