Here are the major positives with the buying experience: 1) I phone shopped for several weeks. I asked drive-out price only. If I didn't get a drive-out price commitment over the phone, I would not do business with that dealership. Ken gave me a drive-out price over the phone with no qualifiers. And, when I went to the Planet Ford to drive the vehicle, the dealership honored the price given over the phone. I would have walked if the price changed, even in the slightest way. 2) Never felt pressured by Ken to make the buy commitment. He answered my questions and was extremely patient. 3) The post-commitment process was efficient and almost pain free as those things go. 4) Every person on the show room floor that I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. I assume most where salespersons. They all treated me as if I was their personal customer, even though they were not connected to this sale. It made a lasting impression. I applaud the culture that I experienced at Planet Ford.

Great little sport suv that has wonderful gas mileage and can seat 5 people. Drives very smooth and is great for driving anywhere. Its great for a family or a fist car.
I was stunned that the overall dealership score on Cars.com was so low. I bought a new 2017 VW Passat here at the the start of March and even with the credit challenges I presented the sales team was able and willing to work with me on getting me into the car I wanted at the terms I agreed to. They had my deal lined up before I walked in the showroom on Friday and in only a couple of hours I was driving home in the new car.
The only thing I dinged them for on the buying process was the support staff did Federal Express my financing to the wrong bank which did lead to a few days of delay. But other than that minor blip these guys are amazing.
So far so good.

This car has met or exceeded my expectations. It is comfortable and good on gas. It runs quiet and has good acceleration. The color is great and the interior is also.
We stopped in to test drive a Toyota Sienna to see if we would like one. The salesman Matt greeted us and was very friendly. He went over everything on the van and explained things to us on the test drive. He was great from beginning to the end. The only reason we didn't buy that day was the van didn't quite have all the options we were looking for. They were also willing to give us the price we needed for our trade. Real sorry it didn't work out. These guys were great!

The car brings crossover design aspects to a higher driving level with great interior design and comfort. I'm looking forward to the long drives ahead. I would recommend it to anyone.

I was watching the movement of this SUV in Sri Lankan street's for a few months. I was attracted by its body shape. I started to learn about this car for a couple of weeks. Subsequently I made inquiries from my friends who use this car and they recommended it with great satisfaction. Yesterday I bought this car having exchanged my previous car. The interior, exterior, style, performance and shape are excellent. I think it is a best SUV for lower budget and also a great value for the money. Thank Toyota.

Erwin Mauricio, Service Advisor promptly opened ticket regarding my issue and initiated the paperwork for a loaner car. Since a loaner was not available at the time of drop off, a rental car was provided as a form of goodwill for a day. Thereafter, a loaner car was provided by Honda Carson free of charge while my car was being serviced.
John Lee, line technician communicated well regarding the cause of my engine light issue and advised cause. He explained the details of the cause clearly and concisely, reviewed warranty extension and listed all the parts that needed replacement. He promptly ordered parts needed (with my consent) and kept me up to date with the process. John is detailed oriented; his communication style and the quality of his work are much appreciated.
My car runs LIKE NEW again! Thank you!

It definitely gets attention and comments from strangers. Some love it, so hate it, but it is distinctive.
Thought I'd hate all the new safety features, but now don't know how I lived without them.
Didn't notice the lack of power some have noted, but we're not heavy footed anyway, so it seems adequate.
Biggest drawback to me is the extremely poor outward visibility. Blindspot monitoring and back-up camera help, but it is poor.
I began the process of looking for a certified pre-owned car in April, and I found exactly what I wanted but ended up passing on it due to personal loan delays. Since Keith knew I wanted a Mazda 6 from 2017 with low mileage and my budget of $20k, he updated me when one came in. He was very helpful and informative throughout the process, answered all my questions, and did not add any pressure to buy it the same day. I ended up buying the car because of the great price and great condition the car was in. I definitely recommend Keith at Jeff Haas to find the exact car you want at the best price!
Reliable yet sporty looking car

This car looks nice as well as sporty . It rides nice and the added features such as pre collision system , radar cruise control and blind spot monitor are wonderful .
Only negatives are I would have rather had the backup mirror on the audio display rather than the rear view mirror so it’s larger . Also, would rather have it be an AWD.
Additionally, my left rear wheel bearing went out within a year .
I arrived at All Star Nissan at 7:00 am without a scheduled appointment and the service manager immediately had his staff to look at my car. They diagnosed by issue and had my car repaired by 3:00 pm that same day. Instead of waiting at the dealership while the repairs were being done, All-Star courteous van brought me to work and picked up me up after the repairs were completed.

Handles great,Looks a little sporty,love the features. Its bigger than it looks on the inside. Seats are comfortable and not crowded. Love it Best car yet.

This is a really nice design and economic on gas but the only thing I didn’t like the emergency break that automatically don’t work they. You have to put it so many times and still is not 100% fine. Something good is that is economic in Gas

I looked around quite a bit before buying my CH-R. Style as well as safety are very important to me and this fit the bill. The ride is very smooth, it has plenty of leg room and I love all the safety features. It's a real head turner! I just wish it was designed with better visibility. The blindspots kinda suck. Other than that, this car rocks!
I have had a Toyota for over 35 years so I have been to many dealerships. Toyota dealerships run from excellent to well meaning but incompetent to absolutely reprehensible. When they are good, they are very,very good and when they are bad they are horrid. This was my first experience with Germain and I'm very,very pleased in every way. From the moment I arrived I was treated as a valued customer. Peggy M. obviously knows how to keep customers happy. She listened to all that I needed done now that my Tundra has 100,000 plus miles and got things in motion very efficiently. After the technician had a chance to look at my truck, she took me back and we all went over the details. There was a minor issue that I hadn't noticed and one of the major concerns I had turned out not to be needed yet. One of the greatest concerns any new customer has with a repair department is trust. After talking with the technician I was confident that a) he knew what needed to be done and could do it the way it should be done, and b) he was not suggesting repairs that were unnecessary. I could certainly see that the service department was very busy but my truck was ready more quickly than I expected. If I were the owner's brother I can't imagine that I would have been treated any better.
Everything I wanted in a car.

The styling of this car attracted me at first. Then I test test drove. Was amazing. Felt spoiled. Has safety features and styling I love. And excellent warranty. Very happy.
Just purchased a 2019 High Country 1500 Silverado. Traded in my 2015 2500 Silverado, they gave me what I expected on trade in value, they gave a great price on my new truck, I couldn???t be happier. Thanks to JJ, Corey, Andy, Darrin and all the other guys that made it Happen.

Quality of this Toyota is first rate. Ride quality, transmission shifting and engine is very smooth. I dont even feel it shifting. The finish and fit is exactly what you would expect from Toyota. I have nothing but kudos for Toyota for producing a sharp head turning vehicle. Nothing else like it on the road.
I arrived at Stone Mountain Toyota for an appointment to service my vehicle for a factory recall, and was asked to return the following week without any advance notification. While all of the other service coordinators were unwilling to help or find the manager to assist, Chris Terrell went above and beyond to honor my appointment as initially promised and also arranged for a rental car. I would be unsure about recommending this dealership save for direct service from Chris.

This car is sporty, comfortable, and affordable. It gets great gas mileage and has all of the safety features that I was looking for. This car has been the best new car purchase I have ever made.
World Toyota has helped keep my car in good shape and now it has over 250,000 miles. I appreciate their care and attention to detail - it’s always extra peace of mind to be able to talk with knowledgeable staff by phone (or now text!) while waiting for repairs. Andrew was excellent today. I highly recommend him!

Great fun vehicle for the money, design and comfort and many safety features. I love it, rented for a long weekend and ended up buying.
I would like to recommend if you need any service or repair see shad Buchanan in service dept he is the best ! recently took car in with bad waterpump he was able to get it repaired in for me the same day and managed to get a rental for me to use while repairs were done great job ! only place to go for repairs and service done right the first time .

I love this vehicle. It drives smoothly and is very comfortable. Everyone stops and asks me what kind of car I am driving. It looks as though it could be a mini- SUV. The body style is very modern and sleek.
I recently did a trade-in and purchased a lexus es350. Quinton (sales) was great to work with and the entire team was fair and quick to get the deal done. all the used cars i looked at on their lot were in really good condition; they seem to hand pick and sell some quality used cars. i'll buy from them again in the future.

I would have bought this car, if it had been a hybrid! it was fun to drive, nice style and great features. I just would prefer to move toward electic or hybrid for the efficiency and health of our planet.
