Reliable, Comfortable Car

I purchased my 2012 Camry XLE in 2015 when it had 26,400 miles. It now has over 79,000 miles and is running like a charm. I drove it to Alaska in 2016, a 7500 mile round trip, with no problems. I feel safe in this car and will consider another one after it reaches 250,000 miles!
I was talking to another dealer about buying a 2018 GTI, but they gave me the run around constantly (oh it doesn't include our add-ons, oh it includes every incentive, etc.). I walked into Hendrick and made it known I wanted a new GTI. After an initial lowball on my trade-in they easily matched it and lowered the price on theirs below the other dealer. They made the buying process simple and easy. Plus they (the dealer) covers the first 10K service which VW no longer does . Another plus. Finance was pushy to sell their stuff, but it wasn't too bad. Overall I'd give them a 4.5/5.

Awesome car all around. Really good on gas while giving you a good amount of power. The exterior and interior design is beautiful as well.

Reliable for everyday use and fuel efficient. Cars.com has been very efficient in finding the me car that will meet my daily commute. The exterior has some paint issues that were hidden until I washed it.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

When faced with the sudden need for an additional car we knew we wanted to stay in the Toyota family. We’re very happy with the newer model car and are confident having passed the older model down to our college daughter.
I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Purchasing the camry was a big upgrade from a Nissan Versa. I love that the car is spacious and is good on gas. The car has a lot of power to it as well. Toyota is definitely a reliable car to have.
The truck buying process was excellence. Thanks to Mark Kitchen the finance manager for his friendliness and kindness. Kenny Jackson for his excellence customer service and Mark McCain also great customer service.

I had always bought Fords and Chevys, but recently purchased a Toyota Sienna. We had such a good experience with that van that I decided to look at a Toyota for my next car. The car has good leg room, is comfortable and easy to drive, and has great features. I love that it runs so quietly and has great gas mileage. In doing my research, I found that a Camry had the best owner satisfaction rating when I was doing research and I have not been disappointed.

No surprise that it is a fantastic, reliable, spacious car. And Toyota is know for their quality. Oil changes and tire rotations, that's about all I've had to spend money on. Great gas mileage for a large sturdy car.
Started out online by completing a credit app. The sales team was quick to respond and made the entire process very easy. I actually think the time I spent at the dealership is the least amount of time I have EVER had to spend! Karen was very courteous and really took a lot of the pressure off the entire buying process. Thanks for making it a pleasurable experience!! I???d definitely do business with again!

I bought my 2000 Tundra new in August 1999. Keep it in tip top shape always. Had emergency 11-15-2018/Monday after starting Tundra. Running rough & engine check light came on. I had to take my Wife to an appointment at UT Southwestern Hospital in Dallas, Tx for followup on a recent surgery. I called Justin Ryan, Service Mgr at Pat Lobb Toyota in McKinney, Tx. Justin gave me a loaner vehicle at no cost while my Tundra was being repaired by my always go to Senior Certified Master Tech, Jeff Colefield. The #2 Cylinder Coil (8 Cylinder Engine) had malfunctioned and needed replacing. These 2 people who I always depend on when any of my vehicles need repairing, came to my rescue in this emergency situation. It was a great stress relief knowing I could depend on them to meet my vehicle repair needs. Thanks so much Justin Ryan & Jeff Colefield
Mr. Shaervin and Mr. Musthaba was nice and kind to help is with all questions and finance aid. They did what they could. However the documentation was not much centralized as the file move officers started calling for the missing documents one the go which is not likable. Otherwise we had good experience.
