They need to have more than one of these in each dealership because you will get your moneys worth and more! Great gas mileage, plenty legroom, sounds like a race car, unique lighted toyota symbol on the floor boards, super smooth drive, etc. Don't take my word, you have to experience this vehicle for yourself!
You only have one time to make a great impression. I was really impressed with dealership! I would recommend Chauncey Kuykendall! He was very helpful and he will do what he can to ensure your visit is pleasant and not a waste of time. And more importantly you drive what you like and more importantly what you want!

It is boring but reliable. I would recommend for a family but not a fun drive. I would drive again but pick something else if more than 2 kids in the family.
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.

Super car that will last for years! This car has been great for all seasons of the year. Basic upkeep is all that has been needed.
Over the years I have purchased numerous vehicles and have even worked in the auto industry myself. Carma Auto Group is by far, one of the best. The total experience from start to finish was efficient, non-pressured and most importantly, fair. Avery my sales person, was very attentive and stayed in contact with me throughout the entire buying process. He was always straight forward and honest with me and took care of all my requests before and after the vehicle delivery. I was also introduced to the owner Greg who too took the time to make sure all of my concerns and requests were addressed. Bottom line, they are a business of integrity and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and business partners.

This is a great car with excellent pick up and interior comfort. Plenty of leg room. Comfortable on road trips. Easy care and maintenance. No mechanical problems.
This is probably the best car we've ever owned for commuting purposes. Zero issues other than standard service. Very good gas mileage, trunk is pretty decent size. The ride is not as smooth as it could be, that is probably my one complaint. The front seats are very comfortable. I highly recommend at least the SE trim level with the softex trim or leather if you can swing it. My wife's next Camry will have leather and heated seats for sure. Just waiting for the 2018's with better exterior styling, to be available and good used prices.
Friendly service in a low-pressure environment. The best part was that after we made our purchase, Jose still responded to a concern we had within minutes of our emailing him. Though the dealership had no requirement to do so, they made things right for us when we found a minor problem after purchase.

the gas milage was great, cloth interior held and stained super easy, after a few years of owning it was starting to loose its luster
The service was wonderful from the beautiful woman at the front door the parts dept. And the service dept .they made me feel like I was spending a million bucks.
Great dependable car, not a status symbol.

Upgraded 4 cyl. LE model. Over 125,000 K's now on it and nothing has ever gone wrong with it. This is our 3rd Camry over the years and the 3rd that's problem free - oh, had a brake light go on my '91 but that's it. In between had a ' 97 Fusion otherwise a great can but needed 3 brake jobs and rotors by 75,000K's and a 2011 Kia Rondo that cost a fortune in maintenance costs just to validate the 5 year warranty. The brakes on this 2013 Camry lasted 125,000 KM and still had wear left but decided to replace (fronts only) not to get any surprises on a long road trip. My only costs were oil changes every 8,000 KM, the brakes and a new set of Michelins at 110,000KM. I swear it drives, rides and looks just as good as when it was brand new - only thing I notice GPS is a little dimmer than when new but never upgraded maps so maybe that's the problem. There's a tradeoff between cruising comfort and handling - we chose comfort over the crash and bang of some of the sportier competitors but I'm the first to admit that a soft sprung car like this 2013 is not as much fun when carving out the mountain twisties. But how often do you do that?
I had a great experience at this dealership! We called to make sure they had the car i wanted, made the trip there, filled out paper work and i was in my car pulling out if the dealership the same day! Everyone was very professional and committed to getting me in the car I specifically wanted. I'm so happy with my C300 Mercedes!! It's beautiful. Martin was very professional and made sure I was happy!
Bought a car and had to get some repairs done after 5 months of having it because it is not included with my warranty. They need to do full car inspections before they let customers drive off the lot. Il probably trade the car in after one more year.

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.
