I bought my last vehicle from Ben when I lived in PA. I now live 4 hours away and when I needed another vehicle made the trek back to him. The drive is worth it for the ease of buying and quality of vehicles. Dealers around here are too expensive and I saved a lot by driving back home to buy.
Great dealership. There was no pressure and they were very friendly and helpful. They stayed open way past their closing time just to accommodate me. They were fair and reasonable with their offer. I would definitely buy from this dealership again.
My Frist Toyota! Stopped in out of a whim after shopping Cabela's on the other side of RT. 61, after dealing with a salesman who was out for a walk around the build during his break I ended up with a good deal almost $2000 less than any of the dealers in the Lehigh Valley with NO PRESSURE to buy right then and there. I Left and tried to bet the deal and after 3 weeks I went back and bought the 4Runner. Their service department has treated my wife and I great every time we've taken the 4Runner in for regular service. Only Problem I've had was a damaged center cap on a wheel which they replaced with no question. MINOR, Compared to some of the problems I had at other dealerships I've dealt with in my 40 + years of driving and I've dealt with all the major brand names, non-brand name, large and small sized dealers. I Would recommend Freedom Toyota in Hamburg to my family and friends!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I am an international student and I leased a car from Bennett. Two important things I want to share about them:
1) First, I had an offer from another dealership and I call them and I asked them as my local dealership to match the price. Not only did they match the stated price in my quote first but they also gave me couple of dollars more discount.
2) The process of being accepted by Bank and Toyota based on my university documents was really smooth and the sales and finance people were optimistic and smiling all the time.
Specifically, I recommend Product Specialist, Richard Berkheimer who was my contact there. He is totally honest and knows what he is doing.
Went to several different other dealerships and all were painful long tedious with the EXCEPTION OF LANDSDALE Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. REGINA JACOBS was refreshing… informative, patient showed me several different options to meet our budget. She then worked her butt off in trying to get me the magic # that I required. Inventory at Lansdale Dodge Jeep Ram has Quality Stock far better than other dealerships. Do what we did… Venture out and see for yourself that you will not want to go to another dealership when you compare.
