I bought a used Rav 4 there. When preparing the vehicle they noticed a damage not necessarily obvious to the naked eye and contacted me. After examining the vehicle we decided I didn???t wanted the car. They were extremely courteous showing us other similar used vehicles. Then they gave us a incredible offer on a new RAV4 that we couldn???t reject. They performed as a team of used cars salesmen, new cars salesmen and the managers definitively do their best to get you a great deal. Salesmen are very professional and care about their customers and the good name of the dealer. For the new Rav 4, Mr Miguel Vega took care of us, for the original used Rav 4, Mr Bernal took care of us.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Found a vehicle that I was ready to buy but their no haggle pricing was too high. As an online only dealer without brick and mortar investment they should offer very attractive pricing. I managed to find a similarly equipped car for a much more attractive price. Their customer service was great so if you find a car that you like and you like the price I would not hesitate buying from them.
Great service. I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and a software flash updat recall. My appointment was at 0800 and I arrived at 0745. Left the dealership at 0930. Seemed a little long but no big deal, they also washed the outside of my truck!
I was escorted to the waiting room when I arrived and escorted back to my car when it was ready. Wendy and other staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was kept posted on progress with my vehicle. Only a bit disappointed that the recall repair took longer than indicated in the recall letter.
My daughter referred me to see Freddy at Toyota of Cedar Park and I'm so glad I did. Overall Very satisfied with my visit. Everyone there was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Would highly recommend!!! Customer service is 5+ Stars!
The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.
Buying a car is usually more tedious than "fun", but when dealing with folks like those at Lost Pines, it can still be surprisingly enjoyable. Brandon was very patient, accommodating, and helpful with my mother as she drove and compared multiple vehicles, and he also navigated our family dynamics beautifully. Jesse offered interesting information on bastrop and was able to walk mom efficiently and thoroughly through the specifics of the car she ended up buying. And their senses of humor were also appreciated. Quite a good experience, overall. Highly recommended.
I couldn't be happier with the quality of the car, the price, or the customer service at Longhorn Sport Imports. Everything went well.
