I bought my Mercedes August 23, 2017 from the owner, Mo, after I saw it advertised on the internet. I honestly feel he gave me a very fair price, non of this "back and forth hassle" with negotiating. Just this is the price, buy it or not. He came off the price some but added 2 rear tires so it was very fair for the both of us after my research on www.kbb.com.
I definitely recommend this dealership and the owner for being so prompt, efficient, and great with customer service. And he must have had 6 people to help. still made us feel #1.

Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car. But I would like to take out the time and Thank Marcus England from the upmost, for the outstanding customer service, he has been giving me for the past 2 weeks. If you ever need a car, with challenging credit, please contact CarMax Fort worth. Marcus and the fantastic Finance team tried very hard to get me approved. I didn't get a car but the Customer Service shows that CarMax out value in there employees.

With Oliver, there is no pressure, there is no "but if you buy today ...", he does not overload me with Honda statistics, facts, etc., and he doesn't bad mouth other car brands or dealerships. Bought a 2008 Ford f150 great truck very happy with it ... last week my alternator went out I was broke down on 114 I had my truck towed to the car lot they fully replaced and serviced the truck and got me back on the road total cost to me was $0.00 1st place auto is good on thier word and has very nice quality vehicals I would recommend to anyone ... just giving a shout out to Ace !!!! I called Ryan on a Saturday morning about a particular car I saw online. He said he would pull it up front for me to come drive. Upon arrival, the car was there as promised. I drove it and some other cars in the same price point or a bit cheaper. I ultimately decided on the first car. They had done their inspection and replaced a number of things. It was a 2009 Toyota Camry with about 44,000 miles on it. They had replaced all four tires with brand new ones. I definitely feel like I got a very good car and I appreciated the way they conducted their business.
