I want thank my salesman Tone for everything. He tried to put me into a new Toyota, but the timing wasn't right. Cause a lot of things have change int eh past few years. So I told Tone that i will hold off for now on getting a new Toyota. And he was very understandable about my decision. So I bought out my lease and I will see him in a few years when things have changed. Thanks for everything Tone. And tell Ryan thanks again for all his help.

Hey, y'all! I quite literally just purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry LE from here about 5 hours ago. It has 23,000 miles on it, warranty up to 100,000 miles, gap coverage (in case the car gets totaled), also includes coverage for wheel/tyre replacements, so yey! I don't have to pay hundreds of dollars for that stuff! :D And given how much potholes and stuff in Ohio can mess up your wheels, that's pretty awesome.
I'd like to take the time to thank Korey Whitlow (the young man who sold us the car). He was amazing and put up with my parents and I hemming and hawing over the price/financing for (seriously) like 3 hours. He was very patient with us and very accommodating. So if you're looking to get a new car, definitely go down there and ask for him. He's awesome. <3 I'm leaving him and the dealership positive reviews on ALL THE THINGS.
I have not owned a Lexus, or even visited a dealership before, but I was blown away with the way David and Metro Lexus provide a customer experience like none other. I must say that I am still looking at cars, and have not decided on which car is right for me, but I can say that I wish all cars that interest me were sold/serviced in the way that David and Metro presented the Lexus experience. I highly recommend that you visit Metro and ask for David; you won???t be disappointed.
After 2 years of service at Brunswick Auto Mart it was time to replace our 2012 Toy Sienna. I was guided through the process by Dominic Diliberto. He made the time available for me prior to the official opening of the sales department and met with me again for test drives. We bought a 2018 Toy Sienna XLE. He made sure the car was ready to go and had been prepped to our expectations. The deal was signed and delivered by Teri Mateo the Sales Manager. We received a great offer for our trade and were shown several ways to finance the deal. She is one of the best informed Sales Managers I've dealt with in 50 years of buying cars. We knew what type of vehicle we were looking for. The dealership had a Great selection to choose from. Our Salesman Joe did a great job helping us narrow it down and we had our vehicle in less than 2 hours. Most of my car buying experiences have taken 5 hours or more. I for once didn't feel drained leaving a lot and didn't have any second thoughts after making a purchase. Great Experience.
My experience was amazing!! I was in need of a vehicle in a short amount of time, I visited the dealership and spoke with Arizona and Zack and they helped me find the perfect car for a great price. When I came to pick it up, Zack already had it pulled around front for me, showed me all the features that came with the vehicle and how to use them. The paperwork process was quick, easy, and smooth!! So far I’ve only needed an oil change and tire rotation and they supplied the first oil change on them!! I am so happy with my vehicle as well as the amazing service from this location!!!

My wife and I were the market for a used car. We hadn't dealt with a dealer for many, many years. Instead we had been buying from private owners. We used Cargurus.Com to help us determine what we wanted and to narrow our search. We decided we wanted a GMC Acadia and the website indicated that Ganley Toyota is where the best deal could be found. It was much further then we wanted to drive to buy a car but once we arrived the distance didn't seem to matter. Our sales rep, Jessie Willig, did everything in his power to make the buying process stress-free. He had two Acadias ready to show us. Both looked brand new!! We picked the one we liked best and Jesse did the rest. We told him what we could afford and he worked hard to make it happen. He was super-accommodating in many ways. He literally worked up a sweat as he sprinted back and forth getting everything in order for us while the rest of the staff was shutting the place down for the night. It's been a few weeks now and we're very happy with our purchase.
P.S. I think we bought the Acadia mentioned in the June 28th review. Honestly, you couldn't go wrong we either! Thanks again Jesse!
In 25 years of buying cars, this was the easiest, most pleasant transaction ever. We were coincidentally in Ohio only a few days after finding the car online, and had limited time. Robert agreed to meet us at 8am on Easter Sunday! The Audi A5 was exactly as pictured online, immaculate, and we drove it off the lot in less than an hour. We're from Florida, but we'll be calling Robert next time we are in the market for a car. Thank you!!
