Danny Colon my sales guy is always courteous & very knowledgeable , and answers all the questions I had. Danny takes the time to explain all the details on the vehicle even told me things that I didn???t know about the vehicle that I was not aware of. I should start by saying that the new owners management is doing an excellent job, everybody is friendly, and customer service is top notch, very nice atmosphere great energy, this is not my first visit to a Nissan dealership and i was highly satisfied, they go above and beyond for their customers, definitely coming back for my next lease in the future.
I was in a bind after being injured at work and found this place through google. After much research I found they seemed to be the best around. So I went to see what they could do for me. Not only was I able to get a great deal selling my car I did not have to worry about finding a cheaper one and taking the train home for a 70 mile journey. I will miss my beautiful reliable car but got another older one in trade plus some cash in my pocket till I can get back on my feet. Very smooth transaction. Got all the paperwork done while I relaxed on a comfortable sofa and watched TV. I was injured at work so this really helped a big deal. Plus there is more room for the kid and furry kids my girlfriend was so happy to hear what a good day I had. Thanks so much everyone.

Thanks a lot to Mostofa. 2 years ago I got my NX F Sport 2016 from him. I couldn???t get approved but he worked hard and got me approved. Now after 2 years he called me and upgraded me to a brand new 2018 RX350 F Sport. He is the go guy.
Ozzy was prompt, attentive and knowledgeable about the cars. He listened to my thoughts and helped me pick out a car that I am very happy with. When I call the dealership with questions he is always responsive. I decided I want a red Prius. A couple of days later he contacted me to say they were having difficulty locating a red one, would I like silver? I said no, I'd like a red one. He said OK, and 3 days later he called to tell me my red one was being prepped to be ready the next day. Good service. Thank you. Finance department was fine but I wasn't crazy about the way the extended warrantee was presented--it allowed me no time to examine the detail of a nearly $4000 purchase. Take it or leave it is not my way of purchasing anything. After I raised this objection I was told I may cancel within 30 days. A little better,a little late, and it cost me $70 to make my decision. My only negative to this experience.
I was there yesterday changing the oil in my car for the first time. From the moment when I drove through the gates to the time when I got back in my car I felt like I was a very special customer there. Everyone there did their best but for the most part I must thank Steve Harris. He pointed out on an important safety recall that needed to be fixed in my car and I agreed to leave the car to fix it. I got it back on time no problems at all.Steve was there to answer any questions and for assistance from the beginning to the end. I had the best experience in Honda Service Center!!
