In the early stages of car shopping for a family-friendly SUV, we stopped by City Auto in Murfreesboro, TN while out there running errands. We were not there anticipating to purchase a vehicle that day. However, things changed.
Steven Ray, the salesman, was the first to greet us. He was not pushy, annoying, or anything like your stereotypical salesman would be in your head. He asked questions and let us talk more than he talked. He was very personable and made our experience outstanding. He provided a thorough answer to ever y question we had. If he didn't know, he made a quick phone call to get the answer we needed. He insisted a test drive in a few different models, just to get an idea of what we were looking for - even though we made it clear we weren't looking to purchase that day. (... I guess that's how they get you)
He walked us through what to expect in the buying process. Gave us little hints to get better pricing and APR.
After the sale, he called us numerous times to ensure that we were happy. A few days after the sale, a few weeks later, then a month or two down the road.

My girlfriend and I went to this dealership after a few failed attempts at others within the same area. After we got to talking to Caleb we knew we were at the right spot. Caleb was knowledgeable and made it possible for my girlfriend to get a new car at the rate that suited her best. I???d definitely recommend coming to this dealership if you???re looking for a new car and asking for Caleb. I???m definitely going back when I???m ready to purchase my new car!
Evan was awesome! We drove 3 hours after finding the car online. The Sonic Price made it simple - I knew it was a great deal and I didn't have to waste my time haggling to get the price where it should be. Because of the drive, we got in a little late but Evan, Kurt & Anita stayed to help us get everything taken care of. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and Evan was a pleasure to deal with. I could not be happier with my car buying experience!

I both bought and sold a car here recently. My sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic.
SOLD: They gave me a very fair price on a 2003 Honda CRV with roughly 180K miles. The process was quick and painless. You do not have to buy a car from them to sell a car to them. I had done my homework before and knew what it was worth and I was offered a price higher than Kelly Blue Book.
BUY: Buying a used car was more complicated. It took test driving many and lots of time on their website before I found one that met the very specific details I was looking for. I decided on CarMax because I did have a very specific car in mind that I had not been able to find private seller in the two plus months I'd been looking. Also, my sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic.He spent roughly a month helping me look at cars making calls to other dealerships and coordinating multiple test drives etc. I know having him as a salesperson made a huge difference. I had looked at other dealerships and was treated only like a wallet from the moment I entered. He worked hard to help me find what I needed in a car and was pleasant and respectful the entire time. Not at all the experience I had at other dealerships. With all of the hidden fees etc other places have, carmax was not more expensive. I was glad not to give my money to sketchy people at another place.
Had my trade appraised, a good deal on a used Prius V, plus financing and paperwork finished in under 2 hours on a Saturday!! Chris Elam was my salesmen. Chris was able to answer all my questions(many via text before I arrived), and guide me through the steps. I’ve now purchased 4 Hybrid Prius vehicles and 1 preowned Tundra from John Roberts and have had nothing but great experiences out of the sales department. Additionally I have had most of my service work done there and they always have good coffee and great service.
The customer service was excellent. They prepared a schedule for future maintenance. They also helped me with a problem that I had with the right mirror and ordered the part that was needed to repair the window.
After searching for Ford Edges, I located a candidate at this dealership. I emailed them and received a prompt response. Dave McDonald was my contact and sales person. Photos of the car where spot on. We worked out the purchase by phone. Submitted a credit application by secure site on their website. paid a deposit to secure the vehicle over the phone. They contacted me to advise loan was approved and the terms. Drove about 31/2 hours to finalize the deal and take delivery. Very good experience. The dealership's inventory appears to be of good quality across the board. They buy nicer cars for resale. I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend this dealership. Mike in finance was very easy to work with as well.
We have now purchased our 4th vehicle from Sunvertibles. We love this family owned business. Rod Atkins the father of this business helped us once more in this process. Rod and his son Jon have always felt like family to us. Once again we purchased a wonderful SUV! They put customer's first. We are very pleased with our first Jeep! Thanks everyone!
