Very good experience, they took car for service when i reached. Proactive to complete documentation. Did proper Inspection. Im satisfied with the services and customer service. Price Paid for service is too Much expensive . they charged $450 for breaks and $550 Labour which is very expensive , I end up paying $1150 for general Service.

Love the Camry...best performance of any car i have owned. 3 rolls down a ravine and both my son and i walked away unhurt... totaked the car but will own one again.
Bruce Blake without a doubt is the best and most honest, straight forward car dealer that we have ever met. There is no beating around the bush with Bruce. He is as honest as the day is long, and has always been there for my partner and I. We have known Bruce for years, and feel like he is a good friend. Bruce makes people feel special, and that's what living is all about. He is not just looking for a quick car deal to make that commission for himself. He truly wants to help the customer find the best deal for their money, not to mention the most comfortable car for the buyer. Bruce will not attempt to talk you into something else, which I truly find appealing for a car dealer. Most of the other dealers that I have dealt with act like the buyer is stupid, and try to get over on them to get more money. Not Bruce... I have referred people to Bruce, and have never heard one bad comment from any of them, in reference to his professionalism and honesty. This is who Bruce is as a person, not just a car dealer! The stearing for parking is extremely good.
Safety features for lane indicator and back up camera, a great feature.
Myself the driver and all passengers, extremely comfortable, roomy.
Trunk roomy for suitcases.
Best of all the V6, really picks up additional driving fun and safety. Especially passing.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

Great car. Xle 4cyl. Got has everything I wanted. It runs smooth, Bluetooth connection, wireless phone charger, navigation indicates speed limits, blind spot monitor, heated leather seats, sun roof!!!! It’s a great car
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

My Toyota Camry was in an accident. I needed another car quick and easy. I wanted another Camry due to its safety, reliability, comfort, and appearance. I am very happy and feel I made the right choice.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
The sales people are very helpful and outgoing. They listen to what you were looking for. Which as we all know is the most important thing when looking for a new vehicle. They try to get you exactly what you want.

Comfortable sitting position. In long drive it is good. Large trunk space. Smooth ride. Good milage on long ride in Cruze control.New tires, clean title.
I had a Jeep Cherokee a few years ago and loved it. I got rid of it because I wanted something smaller for traveling back and forth to work. I wasn't shopping for a car but I happen to ride by and this Jeep (color) caught my eye. Brian Walker was great no pressure buying and he handled everything and before I knew it I was leaving in the Jeep. WOW!

Very good dealership. I've purchased two vehicles from them (summer 2018) and have been very pleased both times.
Check their inventory often, as you'll find there's always a good deal ($$) on a really nice vehicle.
Bill Smith was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the RAD 4’s functions. He made the experience a smooth transaction. My wife is very happy with her new RAD4!

I purchased this car for it’s reliablility and gas mileage, and it did not disappoint. Not only was it a comfortable ride, it had features that I have grown to really need, like backup cameras and leather seating (easy clean for the kids!). I would highly recommend buying for those that need a car that’s going to keep running for 200k + miles. Toyota is the only vehicle I would buy for my own children and have peace of mind they will not break down somewhere.
Work is always well done. Fast and knowledgeable service reps are great at explaing the problems and alternatives available. Shuttle service is a game changer!

Recently upgraded my 1998 Camry to the 2015. This car has the reliability we have come to expect from our trusty old Toyotas along with some great modern upgrades. The cabin is incredibly quiet. This car handles so well and drives so smoothly. I’ve never regretted purchasing a Toyota.
I purchased a Toyota Highlander.
The Sales Dept did an excellent job. Took their time explaining features and warranty info . Very happy with the knowledge of the vehicle and financing.
I also had an excellent experience with the service department on my follow up visit .
