The last two times I have been in for service the customer service reps act like they are doing you a favor by helping you. They sit behind their desk and don’t come out into the garage to greet you when you drive up. When I walked in to where they are seated they all just sit there and act like you are interrupting them. My lease is up in a few months and their customer service has me thinking about going elsewhere for a new car
It was great that Groove definitely had the lowest price on the vehicle we purchased. Even better that Zach was our sales contact. He kept in touch with us over the buying process and ensured all was right. I think Groove Toyota is one of the few dealers that realize that the old rules don't apply in the new internet age...as customers are well informed on their purchases. Other dealers were playing the same old deception games. Great job Zach and Groove Toyota in South Denver!
Doe was a great help to me in locating the best type of car for my 16 year old daughter. While we didn’t buy while we were there, we’re keeping in touch in case something comes in. Thank you for your patience with us and our picky car buying habits!
We just purchased a 2019 Tacoma from Stevinson East. We were extremely happy with our salesman Ernie Khalil. He came in on his day off to do our sale. We had a limited time to do the deal and Ernie made it happen! He had our trade appraised and deal locked down and into finance within 30 minutes. Finance was so simple as well. We were back on the road with a great deal in the exact truck we wanted.
Allison was not only nice, but very thorough in her process. She made everything about buying a car easy and non-stressful. We appreciated her patience as we struggled to make our final decision. What a great experience and we are thrilled about our new RAV4!
Allison was the first and only person who greeted us and ask us if we need help while we were inside the building for about more than 5minutes. We we???re comfortable with the way she treated us and ask her to accommodate us in getting a new car. When she learned that we already did online communication with another sales person in the same dealership she was kind and honest enough to inform us that we have to talk to that person. But we decided to stick with her. She was courteous to tell the other sales person involved about the situation. We were the last costumer who stayed and it???s getting late but she has been very patient and helpful to us. You need more people like her in your company.
When I got to the dealership I was quickly approached by a young salesmen. He was enthusiastic about Toyota products including his own truck and we quickly made a connection. He was very knowledgeable and quickly described the differences between all the trim packages Toyota offers which can certainly be overwhelming. After choosing a vehicle, we ran all my numbers and I was in the financing office before I knew it. This was hands down the smoothest dealership experiences have ever encountered. I will recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to stop Stevinson Toyota and see what they have to offer them. I am very pleased with my new vehicle.
Bought a used GMC Yukon from SAG and unfortunately have had to deal with the hassle of bringing the vehicle into the SAG service shop more times than I anticipated for a vehicle I have owned for only a little over a month. But Service Mgr Mike Ardolino has consistently provided me with outstanding customer service and repairs at very reasonable prices even after my 30 day dealership warranty ended. I can say I will always take my vehicles to Mike for any and all auto service needs in the future. Thanks Mike!
Their is no other company like this on the face of the planet. I'm dipping hard in 2016 Yukon. More than anything I appreciate the team there. They are great, funny and easy to deal with. All that crap channel 7 is saying are lies. I stand 100 with sharpest rides.!!!!!
Amazing courtesy and respect from a used car dealer. They honored a price I saw on the internet the day before, even thought the sticker was higher when I came in. Professional, polite, knowledgeable and a very efficient buying process. The used warranty they sell is outstanding and their no-document financing is second to none. I was just blown away on how great everything was.
We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.
