Bought the truck from RJ. Didn’t play games like the other dealerships in the area especially Lake Keowee Ram. (Ridiculous to deal with). Didn’t play around on price, were to the point and couldn’t have been easier. The next closest deal I got was almost 2k more. RJ had all the paperwork ready, I was in and out with my new Ram. Save aggravation and games and buy from Benson!
If you do your homework on the car you want and they have what you want, do it! The best part was, the car was delivered to me! I felt like a baller when the car showed up in my driveway. Customer service was amazing. Best part, no pressure. Just me and my laptop, looking at all the cars until I found what I wanted. Just do your homework on the vehicle, you can't go wrong!!!!! The service department has always been very knowledgeable and helpful. I have had my car serviced the whole time I have had the car. UNTIL...……..I was told that my car needed brake pads, front and back, and the rotors turned. The quote was $500.00. I found a brake and alignment specialist who will do it for $235.00, therefore I feel that your prices are very high.
Raphael Tucker was amazing to work with while I was buying my car. From the first time he called to talk to me about the idea of buying a car he was professional, caring, and kind. Then when I was test driving cars and asking a million question he was patient and reassuring. By the end of the experience I had fun working with him and LOVED how Carmax takes care of people. Couldn't find a Camry hybrid (LE) within 150 mi. of Tallahassee. Was in NC for summer and Mike Burrell of Bryan Easler offered to order one. Was allowed to pick color and only the options I wanted, at a substantial discount from retail. As promised, car came in 10 weeks.
We knew about this dealership because, while waiting to have our 2010 Prius serviced there, a man from Asheville said that he still came back to Hendersonville to buy his cars and have his car serviced.
Very happy with Camry hybrid (LE) as it gets only 1 mpg less than 2010 Prius while larger, quieter, better ride, and handling.
Brought my car in for a service campaign update and I was worried about a noise from the transmission and their technician was able to determine where and what is causing it. They corrected the problem and no worries. Thanks Toyota of Greenville!!
I bought a 2016 Malibu from another location. I went to the Chevy dealership in Greer and they were talking over 300$ in repairs that might not even fix the problem. I went to Kevin Whittaker on Laurens Rd and William, a service tech, was awesome. Mind you I had already called my credit company to pick the car up. William was kind polite and professional. He helped me get a loaner car while mine was being looked at. My car got a new engine. William was nice enough to inform me that it had previously had work done on it and what would probably happen. I'm keeping my car. If it hadn't been for William and the awesome service they provided I would have messed up my credit. Thanks guys!!
Recently decided to purchase a new Scion FR-S. I sent emails to all dealers within a 250 mile radius of my house. I simply stated the exact vehicle I was looking for and requested to be contacted via email if the dealer could meet my request. As expected some did not reply, some just signed me up for spam, some wanted to speak via phone (despite my email only request), and a few listened and sent me a quote as requested. Toyota of Easley not only offered the best price, but my salesperson (Kayla Kelley) was extremely friendly, listened to my request, followed through on commitments, and was always available to discuss the purchase. I drove down three days after first contacting them and picked up my new car. No unexpected surprises or service contract selling pressure, just a straight forward, great buying experience. Toyota of Easley had the exact 4Runner I was looking for within a few hundred mile radius of me. Mary Beth immediately called me back to confirm. From there she was very quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. We used email, phone calls and even texts to communicate. Very easy to work with and it was actually a positive experience, even though we were 300 miles away! I would absolutely use this dealership again in the future even though I have another one 5 miles away from me.
Christopher Gist is an amazing sales person! I called him on Wednesday, inquired about a particular Tundra. We discussed minor details, the biggest being that I live more than five hours away! He assured me if I wanted the Tundra, I could have it and began working that instant! Not only did I get the truck I wanted, the options I wanted, the financing I wanted, but I also met one of the nicest, most fun salesman I have ever met! I actually had the feeling that me and Chris had been friends for years and he was trying to help me more than anything else! I would challenge ANYONE who is considering a new or used car to give Mr.Gist a call!
