I'm from California and Asay had the Range Rover I had been searching for. I was heading back home the next day and everyone bent over backwards to get me home ASAP with my new car. They came down on a Sunday so I could test drive it and get all the paperwork done. I test drove and bought the car and was in and out all in 50 mins. That is the experience everyone should have when buying a car.
A good or bad experience with any business a lot of times depends on how well prepped you are for the transaction. Given I do doc prep / review for a living and was thoroughly prepared for anything they might need, I did not have a negative experience with LHM. All Sales /Financing / Service Contracts were honored and I am happy with my purchase. If you do decide to purchase there have your employment history, pay history, references, LOEs and anything else they might need ready before you decide on a vehicle. Keep a log of all correspondences for reference and go with the flow. If you do that, your experience with LHM I believe will be hassle free and you'll walk out of there with the vehicle of your choosing.
We were in the market to purchase 2 vehicles. One we knew exactly what we were wanting and had actually found Velocity by looking for that vehicle. We searched around for a few weeks but kept going back to the vehicle that Velocity had listed due to the lower price, lower mileage and overall value. We finally pulled the trigger yesterday and went in to test drive the vehicle. Instantly fell in love and ended up finding another vehicle on their Draper lot for our second purchase. Between Ty, Cory (American Fork location) and Efrain (Draper location), they made the process extremely painless, got us the cars we wanted at a great deal and worked with us on our trades. We walked out with the payments we wanted, the vehicles we wanted and literally no hassle or pressure from anyone. Nothing makes me want to run the other way then being hounded by a salesman instantly and feeling pressured. We felt none of that here with Velocity. Axel is honest, genuine and fun to work with. Yes, the finance guy is fun! He went above and beyond to work with me and my situation. I left feeling good about the financing, and amazing about the car I brought home. You could tell he shared in my excitement which is just cool. This dealership is the best - Moya, Michelle and Axel - they are honest, helpful, and there is no pressure at any time. This is my 3rd car from VW ST - I'm truly a client for life.
We worked almost exclusively with a very friendly Claudia Hasslock who helped narrow down our decision. She didn't push or make unannounced calls/emails unlike EVERY other dealership we went to. The moment you enter the facility you notice a calmness instead of the chaotic nature of dealerships that try to get you to purchase a vehicle by any means possible. The reason being their model of volume sales vs. commission sales. They don't need to be aggressive while still offering some of the best deals we've encountered. Highly recommended alternative than dealing with more commonplace dealerships!
Everyone was so helpful and friendly! This was my first time buying a vehicle, and they answered all of my questions and really helped me. Hertz also found a bank that gave me a better deal for a loan! Everyone seemed to genuinely care about my experience, and they made everything really easy. It's also a good area to go get some food while you're waiting! I would HIGHLY recommend checking out Hertz if you're buying a new/used vehicle.
I had no idea when I agreed to let Hertz run my credit that they "shop" around for interest rates with other companies...each of those companies shows up on my credit report as an inquiry which lowered my credit score. I have found out it is common with car dealerships so it isn't only Hertz. However it would have been nice to know this upfront. Other than that the sales person I dealt with was very nice.
Claudia is the bomb! She is quick and gets you where you want to be. There is no messing around and haggling. The prices are already as low as they can go. Hertz sets the prices. Our new and gently used 2015 Toyota Camry is awesome.
We totaled our first tiguan we loved it so much that we got a second one. The people at strong were great through this whole experience. They were great ,it was so fast and easy, just came in and signed some paperwork and I was out of there super fast.
Even a simple tire repair on their warranty program was worth the drive down. Our appointment time was honored, and in less than 90 minutes total, the tire was repaired, their general checkup service was completed and the truck had been washed. Some advice was given on a couple small things to take note on for the future and the work order of completion was signed. No money was asked for, and I was able to leave. I had even been offered a ride to work to my studio, but had set time aside to stay in their comfortable environment. Thank you!
I took my car in for a oil consumption test because I had received Limited Service Campaign (LSC) about a year ago but did not have any oil consumption issues so did not take it in at that time. When Ii finally took it in the time was up to have it checked. Still they ran the test for me at no charge. They also offered me a car wash at no charge, I couldn't do it that day so they gave me a rain-check for it. All the staff where friendly, kind and helpful.
