I brought my Sequoia in for a routine service since it was over 7 months since my last service. My service advisor was Lyndon De Vera. He pulled up details of my last service, and quickly determined I just needed an oil change and not a tire rotation. During the service they noticed that my drivers side wiper was in need of replacement - something that I'd forgotten about. Lyndon also got me a quote to replace a piece of broken trim.
Our experience at Boardwalk Chevrolet last month was exceptional. I walked in knowing the model I was interested in, but none were in stock. Within moments, Ben found the exact car I wanted at another dealership and made a trade so that the car I wanted would be available the following day. Ian made the trip and took good care of it along the way. When it came time to complete the paperwork, Ian was efficient, thorough, and made the process as painless and hassle-free as possible. A tiny ding in the door was taken care of quickly and was done well. They have a friendly, responsive, and capable team at Boardwalk Chevrolet. I am a completely satisfied customer and will return when I'm in the market for another Chevrolet vehicle.
Alex and Ting were fantastic throughout the buying process. Ting found the vehicle that I was looking for and offered a competitive price. Alex served us through the test drive and explanation of vehicle features. Zack was great in the finance and paperwork stage. I give them all a ten for their efforts.
Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. Just happen to come across this location and I found it to be one of the best in the East Bay. Walked on to the lot and was greeted by Z. He was happy to show us what we where looking for and then stepped away and waited for us to ask our questions. It's nice when a dealership and sales person knows that the car sells itself. I recommend this place for all serious buyers. Great Experience!

We hate shopping for new cars!!! That???s why purchasing our 2019 Bolt from Putnam GM was such a singular pleasure. Getting the price on the car we wanted was done extremely quickly over the phone and by email with Ramin Asbaghi, the Internet Manager. He is a great guy, not pushy, and easy to communicate with. And the price was the best of 4-5 dealerships we contacted. The financial paperwork with Doug took all of 15 minutes and we were on our way. As good as it gets dealing with car dealerships!
My service representative was very informative about what they would be doing with my car to solve the problem. He stated they would have to keep it for 4-6 hours to discover the problem. Every step of the way he kept me informed of what they were finding.
Ryan was our salesperson and he was super! Found us the exact car we wanted at a really great price. Easy and upfront to deal with. Made the entire experience hassle free and easy. We would definitely recommend this dealership and Ryan.
