My service advisor Paul Sonnhalter gave me the most outstanding service that I am compelled to give him and his service department the utmost respect and recommendation that I have ever given to any service department in my over 42 years of driving and owning a car. A job well done to you PAUL SONNHALTER, I will forever be in debt to you.
The Service Department is the best in the area. They get you in and out as quickly as possible. Also the Priority Toyota Service Advisors do not try to sell you something you don't like other dealers I have been to.
I wish I had read reviews before going to this facility. I respect the salesperson Usman and his manager for the time and negotiations in extended hours. However, the idiot in the financing department was extremely rude. This facility needs to hire people who know how to provide good customer service.
We were here to buy two Limited Platinum Highlanders. The negotiation process took time past closing time, which was fine as many dealers have dealt with me in the extended hours. However, the guy in financing department was very rude and told us as we kept him hostage until the late hours and therefore we must buy the car in the high interest rate offered by him.
Upon telling him we would finalize the deal next day after talking to hour bank to get best rate, he said he literally said in raised voice that he hope we don’t get the car and someone else buy it, and we must leave the facility as soon as we can.
They have no idea how much business they have lost just by being disrespectful.
I was not looking forward to buying a car because it is always a tedious process. But to my surprise this experience was the complete opposite. The staff was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and was very helpful with the process.
Everyone at this location from our sales rep to manager did their utmost to get me the best deal possible. I have a lot of respect for the hardworking employees who went out of their way to ensure a positive experience. I will definitely return in the future.
On February 12th I purchased a 2011 Volvo S40 R Design. Very nice car. So i decided to take it on a nice road trip to see how the car performs. Immediately I noticed that the gas mileage was deteriorating. Went from getting 24mpg to about 17 mpg. Also the car stalled on me twice upon start up. But started up fine after a restart. Contacted service and they set me up with an appointment to get the car checked out. The service advisor contacted me and told me that they had done a diagnostic on the car and the knock sensor was bad....... Shouldn't a diagnostic had been done before I purchased the car?..... Also using the audio system I noticed that one of the speakers was busted..... Hope I haven't purchased a lemon from carmax. Is this a start of future issues.
I just called for a question and Brenda was wonderful. She had a lot of patients with me and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She went above and beyond to help me over the phone.

Replacing my review titled Be honest with customers. Cars.com doesn’t allow for easy removal or update of reviews. I fixed the issues with the car at my own cost. I had got the car at a good price anyway since when bought new it’s a car that costs over $100k. So I accept that, and since car drives great after the repairs think it’s appropriate to revise the ratings for Imperial Highline.
I WENT TO MANASSAS IMPORTS WITH MY 4 KID'S AND WIFE, looking SUV with my 4 kiss's and wife. The sales person (CISCO) was so helpful and honest. The service was the best and price was very fair. I have been driving this SUV for 8 months now and no problems at all. I highly recommend this place.
