We bought a new Honda Pilot yesterday and can't say enough about a wonderful buying experience at Midlands Honda. We have dealt with rude dealerships, delearships that never got back to us...never a positive impression. This dealership is different! Down to earth salespeople who knock themselves out to make sure you are happy with your purchase and excellent customer service with the finance office. We drove 1 1/2 hours to buy our car, and promise you we will be doing it again just to give our business to this place! Adonis Davis was an excellent sales rep, along with James Pratt and Wayne. 5 stars! Claude who handled our paperwork had the best personality and had us leaving with a smile.
Customer service was excellant.Service was complete in the estimated time frame. It was a nice experience and I would recommend using this dealership to anyone owning a Honda or any other car/truck/SUV. Plus the extra advantage is watching a movie in their mini theater, or playing games for the children.Free coffee and popcorn.With all ther amenities you almost hate to leave once your service is complete!!!!
I bought two cars on the same day - a CRV and an Accord. When I bought the oil change policy the finance employee told me I could my get oil changed at the Lexington dealership closer to my house. Lexington said no. When I went back to Midlands the finance guy was no longer working there and the new guy wasn’t getting my problem resolved. Queen to the rescue. When I called Customer Service she took charge and shortly thereafter my refund check was in the mail! Thanks Queen!
I live in western Indiana and had spent several hours on the internet trying to locate the 2018 Silverado crew cab that I wanted. I found it at Herlong in Batesburg-Leesville. I spoke with a very friendly and easy-to-talk-to Reed. After agreeing on a deal, I with my two granddaughters drove 700 miles to Herlong. Everyone I met at the dealership was pleasant and friendly and made me feel they were truly appreciative of my business. As we were leaving I was very impressed when Reed and his sales manager both came out, shook my hand and thanked me for my business. It is a class organization! I would recommend them to anyone.

I was in a bind to get some minor things done for my daughters car prior to school starting. Showed up and the staff listened to me and made me feel confident that it all can be done in a short time. So I enjoyed my complementary Star Bucks. Poof it was done and I daughter was on her way. Thank for a clean professional atmosphere.
I went into Payless on a whim not really sure about the whole car buying process. I met with Micha who was very straight to the point, friendly as well as determined to make me happy. After all was said and done, I ended up with something better than I expected. He and the team diligently worked until I was thoroughly satisfied. I am very happy with my results. I highly recommend this dealership.
Josdin Velez Morales helped get my 19 year old son into a 2015 Kia Rio, my son was pre approved for financing through our credit union. I posted on FB saying we were looking for a car for my son and Josdin reached out to me, I told him my son was approved for $6,000. Josdin worked very hard to make the deal happen, the car was listed for $7,399 online but we ended up walking out the door (with all fees and tax) for $6,000, Josdin was awesome to work with, he was super nice and wanted to see my son get a affordable/dependable car that didn't cost a lot (since he goes to Tech and works part time). Me and my husband had been looking for over a week and Josdin was the first person that understood what we were doing and did everything he could to get us in the car for my son. Bought our second Prius today from David Bowden, and it was a wonderful experience. We bought the first one from Sylvester (Sly), and that was a great experience, so we came to trade up for the new one right back to Jim Hudson Toyota.
The service department staff has always taken good care if our Prius. No one else touched our first Prius, and no one else will touch this one!
The waiting area is clean. I love the coffee and cookies, the cafe atmosphere, the lounging sofas, the computers, the movie theater, and the safe happy environment.
