My last visit to Dunning Subaru in Ann Arbor, MI was for service/repair of the drivers seat. The service advisors are very professional and courteous. They recorded my issue and made a report. They gave me the number to SOA to call and ask for consideration of my issue. SOA and Dunning are going to help me out for a driver seat cushion repair. I will consider Dunning Subaru next time I buy another vehicle.

First time buying a Toyota. Don was very helpful finding just what l wanted. He explained just what paperwork I needed to pick up my car. On delivery Don went over everything and helped set up the car with my phone. I definitely would use Don again.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Doug was a great salesman. He did not try to over sell the car I was interested in. He answered all my questions . when I made an offer, he took it to the manager and we came to an agreement. The whole deal was very quick with no issues. The car is what I expected. I would recommend this salesperson to anyone I knew was looking for a good used car.
We went to Page Toyota to check for new cars since my lease was expiring. Didn't expect to get the car right then and there, but the service was very good, our sales person did everything for us! All we had to do was wait and fill up some forms, and that was it. Completely hassle-free! The staff were very accommodating and made us feel very comfortable. All in all it was excellent doing business with them.
My experience of getting my first car was awesome. I only had $1000 in my pocket and Mr. Carmon Russell was a big help with my first purchase. He mentioned the 2 Year Car Service that Toyota provides and how long lasting Toyota automobiles are. As a young man with his first purchase, Mr. Carmon provided valid information about the company and gave me great advise on car responsibilities. Not only did he help me, but we both engaged into a friendly conversation, and turns out, he’s a pretty determined and wise man. The process was very easy and I couldn’t wait to have those keys in the palm of my hand. Carmon did indeed made sure this moment was memorable.
