I???m the midst of mourning my Wrangler, I called AC Motors asking about a new Jeep at their Bloomington location. I spoke with Mike. In spite of my sour attitude, he was easy going and kind. I had a no hassle test drive and was not pressured to buy. When I expressed interest in a more expensive model, Mike explained that spending less was the smarter choice. When I decided to go with the purchase 48 hours later, the buying experience was positive and painless. I was offered a surprisingly high amount for my trade. The financing person was easy to work with and put me at ease. My credit is not awesome (thank you ex wife) and they found me a good rate. The entire event took less than an hour. I waited a month before writing this review to ensure the vehicle was sound. A buyer should feel good about working with AC Motors. Talk to Mike.

The fact that it's not what I wanted and that was the fault of the dealer is not part of the review for the car itself. If it had everything that I had wanted for features it would be perfect but the overall style, comfort, handling, and reliability of the car I believe are great!
My husband and I were met by the sales staff and We were registered and met with Anthony. (What a great person) He did not push us into a purchase.
Although we bought a different brand car we really like the atmosphere and the friendly people .
I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.

I love my car. It runs great and the interior is so comfortable. I couldnt be more happy with my vehicle. I would recommend a Camry to my family and friends.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

Bought a 2018 Camry SE left over in ultra white with black interior. So far I love it. I’ve read many online complaints about the 8 speed Trans. I’ve had 0 problems with it to date. The car does learn your driving habits so it may take a few hundred miles for both you and your vehicle to learn each other. It’s quiet smooth and handles lovely. Very sharp looking. I’ve owned Honda’s Chevys Fords Chrysler’s Etc. been driving anything with wheels for 20 years, this is my first Toyota. I was going to go with the 2019 Accord but HATE the new Fast back design and the fact they only come in turbo which cooks your engine over time turned me off to them. I opted for the Toyota’s Camry SE instead. I Love the new sporty look and interior and the engine is more than powerful and peppy without all that turbo nonsense. My biggest complaint in there’s no heated seats in the 2018 SE other than that it’s a well designed sporty reliable car . The technology is unparalleled to anything I’ve have had personally. The Entune takes some getting use to but I have no major complaints or objections. No CD player but who cares with the way music is on our phones now. Might as well have a record player installed next to your 8 track deck if that’s what you want !😂 if you want a reliable car with a great reputation I suggest get one . Happy Hunting to you.
I brought my 07 Prius in for service in early November. Knowing I needed tires again (3rd set), I asked for recommendations which would have been better in snow than the current tires, or the original set, both of which were traction-deficient. Jason recommended either a Michelin or a General Tire Altimax, and that I could/should get other ideas online like at tirerack.com or elsewhere. I've gone with the Altimax, and am quite please with the ride, noise-level, and traction so far (on wet roads, dry, and an inch of snow). Also, I was expecting some additional expense for incidentals since the car has 105K and is 11 years old. It did need some additional work. I've always trusted Luther Toyota to treat me right. And they have done so again. Thank you John D.

This car is very reliable and a great gas saver. Looks beautiful and drives excellent. The interior is very nice and it has very little noise inside.
Scott did a 5-star job in helping us choose a new vehicle, a Highlander, when we came in to look at what would have been our fourth Rav 4. He was forthright, helpful and direct; we feel we were very well served by his professional and courteous manner.
Good car, interior design flaws.

2018 Camry SE Hybrid - Poor interior design:
Lack of storage space:
glove box is very small; no overhead sunglasses holder; space under wireless charger is useless.
General interior design:
Driver's seat heat control is hidden by centre console; buttons on dash hard to find by "feel"; reflection of chrome on dash interferes with side mirrors (esp. on sunny days)
Rich made buying a car enjoyable, efficient and exciting.

We were treated like royalty, start to finish. Rich Eiss has loads of experience, but is still enthusiastic, knowledgeable and caring. My new Avalon is a luxurious car and also spunky on the road.

I’ve only owned it a month but I’m rather impressed by the engine and transmission performance. I don’t really care for the non-removable rear headrest makes for a weird looking anchor point for child seats. Overall I’m happy I bought it, I should mention I’ve been averaging 38mpg combined!!!
We chose to come to Rudy Luther after looking online for a salesperson. Nettie was so wonderful to work with. She is knowledgeable and her years of experience working with people was evident! Her ability to hone into us as a couple was amazing. Nettie took the time she needed for us to make a decision!! We were trying to decide between a couple of vehicles and we never once felt pressure to buy. We would recommend Nettie to anyone looking for a no-pressure salesperson!! We would buy from her again hands down!

This is my second Camry, I love the body style. It has great leg room and a generous trunk. It has good acceleration in traffic. I am pleased with the gas mileage.
Carmax was a great place to purchase a vehicle. Friendly no pressure atmosphere!
The people in the business office, especially Alex, were very helpful and pleasant. Ryan, my sales guy was awesome as well.

I just purchased the vehicle on 12/19/18 and every time I look at my vehicle I know that I made the right decision to purchase this vehicle 😀😀😀. I downsized from a 2016 Limited 4RUNNER and I’m very happy with the smaller vehicle.
Sent an email inquiring about a vehicle and got a response. Responded to dealers email asking about hours of the business to possibly schedule a test drive and received no response. Recommend calling or just stopping by to look at a vehicle.
