I made a mistake! We bought the first used car this year NOT from Select Auto! We did buy the second used car at Select Auto. This car was a 2016 Nissan Altima with low mileage at a great price. The car was loaded with options and cost was less than then the new Nissan Altima we purchased in 2016. We have driven the car now for several weeks and the performance is great without any maintenance issues as advertised by Select Auto. I would recommend them to my family and friends as they delivered to use as advertised....great auto with low one owner mileage at very competitive pricing!

I bought a new Camry from Greg several months ago and mentioned how I was also looking for a used car for my daughter. Both times Gary has made every effort to find exactly the best vehicle according to my wants and needs and made sure that when I left every need had been met and I had no questions about anything. I am more than pleased with my experience at the dealership, with my salesman, and also with the finance manager who is friendly, helpful, and concise. He even had my paperwork made up for my second purchase exactly as the first. Which was exactly what I wanted!

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Jarred was the person I worked with the longest. He was very friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. He worked hard to try to get me the best deal that stayed within my budget. He and JP stayed almost an hour past closing, because of an issue with my insurance, to get the deal through. Jarred personally. delivered the car to my home the next day and has followed up a couple of times since then to make sure everything was working okay and to see how I liked the car. He seemed very genuine and sincere unlike other sales people I've dealt with in the past. JP and Chelsy were also very professional, courteous and helpful. However, I spent very little time with them Jarred and JP gave me lots of advice related to the vehicle as well as financial advice for the future. All in all, I am very satisfied with the great service I experienced. The car drives like a dream too. I will definitely refer family and friends if I learn they are in the market for a new vehicle.

Jason Johnson is amazing! From the moment we entered the dealership and beyond. He has helped my family so much with the car buying process for years. Bought my Avalon there and drove 18 miles for service for four years. Last visit was pitiful. Took car in for bakes, tires and wipers. They put on the wrong wipers requiring a return visit and more money. Then car was vibrating requiring a second return visit. Was told they put on the WRONG weights to balance the new tires. Worse, I called Service Manager and got NO call back. Sent an e-mail and again NO reply. That is no way to treat a customer who spent many thousands of dollars there. Cost me a lot of time and money!!!
I will send anyone i know interested in cars here! Everyone I worked with was all spectacular!! Nice, easy to work with, and helpful!! :)
