It was very important that I had a good description and photos of the vehicle on line because I had a long drive to get there to see the vehicle and did not want to waste a trip. After talking to a salesmen on the phone, I made the trip. They were waiting for me and knew exactly what I was there for and who I was.
The atmosphere was busy last week when I first visited Peston. The feeling I got was like being with a big family. The treatment was friendly and helpful and made me feel comfortable. The buying process was smooth and easy. Thank you.
Bought a used Ford from them over the Internet. Spoke with Bubba (how cool is that name?) and worked with him throughout the day and he did a great job of being up-front about the car and what he could do for me as far as price, etc. There were a few small issues, which he took care of before I drove the nearly two hours to get there (including a spur-of-the-moment solution that was pretty darn clever). Purchase was smooth, car was clean and even had new tires! The 3,000 mile limited warranty, while not totally comprehensive, is a great piece of mind to have. Would purchase again from Bubba and the crew at Boardman again.
I am very satisfied with my purchase from Preston. I flew in from out of state, and although I was very unhappy with my airline, I was very happy with the customer service I received from Preston Toyota. After shopping around several other dealerships, my wife and I stopped at Toyota of Boardman to look at a couple of used trucks we had seen online. We were greeted by Kyle Richeal who was a great, easy going salesman who actually knows how to listen. There's wasn't an ounce of pressure and he was immediately ready with prices and answers to our questions. He stepped back and let us shop and helped steer us when we were looking for something specific. He was nice enough to stay late and let us test drive although we weren't settling on a vehicle that day. The test drive was worth it. The used truck felt like new and we decided to buy. We recently leased a 2013 Camry from this dealership and the experience was the best we have ever had.The dealership treated my wife and I with great respect. I was surprised to learn while parked in a parking lot that I had a slice in the sidewall of my tire of my car. I was a little nervous to drive it any further so I pulled into Toyota of warren to see if they could help me. They didn't have the tire that I needed, but were concerned about the safety of driving my vehicle. Not only did they call local dealerships and find someone that had the tire in stock, they put my spare tire on for me to ensure my safety!!! It is a pleasure to see a dealer like this that still cares.
I leased my first new car Feb 20th; a 2012 Highlander. I was treated with respect by everyone involved in the process. My salesman, Pete, was very knowledgable and extremely nice. The sales manager (I don't recall his name) personally came to thank me for my business, and in fact on my way to sign the paperwork, the general manager came over to me, shook my hand and thanked me as well. When signing the papers, I too, had a question regarding the documentation fee that someone else here had commented about. The way I understand it is that that fee is charged at all dealerships in Ohio. And that money goes to a few different things regarding the paperwork I was signing, including the keeping of my private information secure. I didn't get the feeling that this was some arbitrary charge that they were throwing on me to "pad their pockets." But I think I would be wary of some place that didn't want to keep my private information secure.
