The fact that it's not what I wanted and that was the fault of the dealer is not part of the review for the car itself. If it had everything that I had wanted for features it would be perfect but the overall style, comfort, handling, and reliability of the car I believe are great!
I’ve only owned it a month but I’m rather impressed by the engine and transmission performance. I don’t really care for the non-removable rear headrest makes for a weird looking anchor point for child seats. Overall I’m happy I bought it, I should mention I’ve been averaging 38mpg combined!!!
Awesome experience! I will definitely recommend to all friends and family. Brad Reynolds was my salesman and he really went the extra mile to get me what I wanted in my car. Robert Garza helped with showing me all the great features on my new car. Farzan Naqvi the finance manager was very knowledgeable and helpful with getting everything finalized.

Russ was very helpful in identifying Highlanders that fit our criteria. He was knowledgeable about all of the vehicle features and also helped me understand the various trim levels and the features of each trim level.
I had an idea of the car i thought i would like to trade up to and the amount i thought i wanted to pay. I searched on line at 3 dealers and found a few cars that matched my criteria. of the three Toyota dealers that i searched, Fred Haas was my choice because they had the year make and model of car that i was looking for and they are Cap Pro (Jerry Reynolds) certified. I emailed them and asked if that particular car was still available. within a short period of time Mauricio Coto called me to discuss my selection and set up time that i could drive over to see and test drive the car. The dealership was easy to find and easy to access and very busy which i took as a good sign that others wanted to shop there, too. I test drove my selection and rapidly realized that it was not the car i wanted. I was disappointed. Mr Coto sat with me and reviewed his inventory of that model and i agreed to test one of the one of them even it was a year newer than what i originally wanted to buy and of course more expensive$$$. (i had a budget in mind). I drove the car and realized that it was everything i wanted and more. I reviewed the numbers with Mr Coto and convinced my self that i could in deed afford it. After reviewing the carfax and specs that the car was not a Toyota certified car and was disappointed because that certification really give some warranty options that other non-certified cars don't have. When i expressed my disappointment to Mr Coto, he suggested that he would see what he could do. It took a little extra time but he had in inspected and certified at no cost to me. I was tired and it was late but the drive home in my new used car was very relaxing thanks to Fred Haas Toyota and Mauricio Coto thanks to all Jim F Pasadena PS i need to mention the gentleman that worked up the financing. Can't remember his name but what i did remember was that his finance rate was very competitive and that after signing the two stacks of paper that he placed before me (one for my old car and one for my new car). I was on my way..Good job.
I am very satisfied with the Customer Service and quality of work that I receive from Community Toyota.
The staff are friendly and courteous and knowledgable.
The service technicians are very skilled.
The commitment and quality of customer service will definitely influence my decision to be a repeat customer.

2018 Camry SE Hybrid - Poor interior design:
Lack of storage space:
glove box is very small; no overhead sunglasses holder; space under wireless charger is useless.
General interior design:
Driver's seat heat control is hidden by centre console; buttons on dash hard to find by "feel"; reflection of chrome on dash interferes with side mirrors (esp. on sunny days)
Just purchased a new 2019 camry two days ago. I negotiated my price via email. My sales person Joe Myers went out of his way to make the deal happen on my terms. I do have a LEXUS and Mercedes Benz but at Toyota dealership, I got the same treatment as the feeling as Premium dealerships. I was truly shocked at how smooth my purchase went. I got the EXACT car with the EXACT price I had in mind. I am very happy with my purchase and in the future will always buy from Joe Myers. I did call Larger Toyota Dealership near my house and they said they cannot match the price.

I love my car. It runs great and the interior is so comfortable. I couldnt be more happy with my vehicle. I would recommend a Camry to my family and friends.
I talk to one of your Sales Manager who was quite helpful in discussing couple of Toyota Corolla in your show room of 2017, however, I have postponed for a month to purchase and will definitely contact if I am ready to purchase.

Bought a 2018 Camry SE left over in ultra white with black interior. So far I love it. I’ve read many online complaints about the 8 speed Trans. I’ve had 0 problems with it to date. The car does learn your driving habits so it may take a few hundred miles for both you and your vehicle to learn each other. It’s quiet smooth and handles lovely. Very sharp looking. I’ve owned Honda’s Chevys Fords Chrysler’s Etc. been driving anything with wheels for 20 years, this is my first Toyota. I was going to go with the 2019 Accord but HATE the new Fast back design and the fact they only come in turbo which cooks your engine over time turned me off to them. I opted for the Toyota’s Camry SE instead. I Love the new sporty look and interior and the engine is more than powerful and peppy without all that turbo nonsense. My biggest complaint in there’s no heated seats in the 2018 SE other than that it’s a well designed sporty reliable car . The technology is unparalleled to anything I’ve have had personally. The Entune takes some getting use to but I have no major complaints or objections. No CD player but who cares with the way music is on our phones now. Might as well have a record player installed next to your 8 track deck if that’s what you want !😂 if you want a reliable car with a great reputation I suggest get one . Happy Hunting to you.

Rees was my greeter and was an excellent source of information and sales expediter. Rees explained the CarMax process and then Listened to the car features I required. He did searches of car max inventory, searches of manufacturers’ sites for additional info, and requested transfer of a vehicle from another location. There was no pressure to buy (CarMax has a five day return policy). Paperwork was efficient, and I even got help getting both the car I bought and the car I arrived in home. It was my first solo car buying experience so I especially appreciated that I got a car that suited me at a fair price and no hassle

This is my second Camry, I love the body style. It has great leg room and a generous trunk. It has good acceleration in traffic. I am pleased with the gas mileage.
Laurence was very professional and he got me in the car of my choice in less time. he addressed my concerns. Even though they were undergoing construction. All the sales men/women were smiling as they said hi to me.
I only talked on the phone with them. The car I was interested in was under contract with someone else. I was only in the area for the day. The next day they contacted me as the other person backed out. By then I was 200 miles away and unable to return for several days. They offered to hold the car for me, I opted not to put any money down, by the weekend the car was still available but we decided to buy new. They were very nice and did keep me updated.
Excellent service, quick painless buying experience. Gave me the most for my trade in and left with a very nice Forester XT. In and out in under two hours and it was extremely busy.
