I believe that Bristol Toyota does a great job of engaging potential customers without pretenses. I visited Bristol after first going to Balise in Warwick and not liking their hound dog techniques. Kerry Parkos was my sales consultant and he is extremely knowledgeable regarding all aspects of Toyota???s. He endeavors to get the full picture of the customer and find the right fit without purposefully pushing for a vehicle that???s not practical for the client just because it???s more expensive. Jonathan, the sales manager, and Jim, the financial manager, were helpful and courteous as well throughout the process. I???d definitely recommend buying from Bristol!

After leaving the showroom, he also was easily accessible for additional questions that came up, answering right away. If he did not have the answer, he called up back promptly to give us the answers to our questions. The sudden loss of my paid for low mileage Corolla was a shock (storm and tree did a job on it!) especially since I am relatively new to the area. I've driven Corollas for 40 years, so what the next car would be was not a question though a car payment was. My brother had recently purchased at Copeland and suggested Erik. It still amazes me that I was in a "gently used" 2017 Corolla LE only 4 days after the tree did its dirty work on my 2010! I could not be happier with the service at every turn! Thank you!
The first sales person was very unprofessional and rude, ( didn't show any interest on making a sale) the customer service lady was very helpful and asked us to please go back and give them the opportunity to do things right, we were welcome by her and a very professional sales person Alan Miller, he when out of his way to help us and got us a good deal on our trade in and the new vehicle, my wife and I are very please with both of them, we haven't had any service done on the vehicle yet, we'll see how the service department acts.
Went to Copeland to buy a car for the first time and it couldn't have gone better! Marcenel was my salesman and he was terrific, I highly recommend him as well as Copeland! My brother and have father have bought a combined three vehicles from Copeland and I'm so glad I decided to give them a try. Homar helped make buying a car fun! He was down to earth and listened to what I was looking for... he was not pushy and he didn't try to sell me the most expensive car on the lot. I am always uncomfortable going into a dealership and buying a car. My RAV4 was a 2002 with 160,000 miles and needed to be replaced. I saw some great Rav's online at Copeland Toyota in Brockton.
My husband and I went over to look. Our salesman was Carlos Cabral. He was great! He listened to exactly what I wanted, no pressure and found me the perfect car at the perfect price. I was so pleased to see that what was online reflected the inventory/prices available at the dealership. The financing was great, terrific rates thru Toyota. They guided me on a strategic financial investment, and I am now driving a beautiful car.
