This dealership does what most marketers out there do so I was not very surprised. However, I felt uncomfortable, pressured and dominated by the sales team. In trying to inquire and gather relevant information pertaining to my purchase, the sales team expressed a feeling of time lost on their end; ???which means I was wasting their time and I needed to seal the deal ASAP???. I felt like I needed a day to make up my mind, but they got very angry at me and one of them spoke to me in a disrespectful manner and tone of voice, but I kept my cool. They also asked that I make a deposit if I needed to come the next day. I didn???t like the fact that I had to deposit any money on my first visit but I cooperated anyway because they had already projected guilt on me. If I were to rewind time, I wouldn???t visit this particular dealership. The good thing is they worked with me to fit my budget and they were able to accommodate some of my financial request. And oh, they gave me a slice of pizza too! Overall I would say this dealership is competent with paperwork and efficiency in their office work flow, but they need a lot of improvement in the way they speak to their clients.
I walked in with no appointment and was taken immediately and treated with respect and consideration. the waiting area is very pleasant and i hasd my car back in an acceptable amount of time. I'd recommend them to all.
Jeff and his colleagues at SZ Motorcars are true professionals. Start to finish they were responsive, courteous, highly informative and never used tactics or pressure to get the deal. They were very patient with how long it took me to make a decision on this, as it took me a while to find my way out of the rabbit hole that is researching and shopping cars online. This is my second Rav4 leased from Toyota of Greenwich and my family's 6th car from this dealer. This time around, I worked with Bobby Caldwell. He was professional, helpful, and was able to answer all of my questions. I never felt the pressure to make the deal that you feel at other dealerships.
The service was very good. I was met quickly and my car taking in by the valet. Mathew Rivera completed my paperwork and answered all of my questions. my car service was completed quickly and all my questions answered.
Marc was great, he let me spend the time I wanted to check out the car from top to bottom. After our test driving was complete, I even brought my mechanic over for a final review and thumbs up! We agreed on a great price, I put down a deposit that same day. Came back the next day with the balance, filled out the paperwork and drove out by lunch time. Everyone at DCH was great, very smooth process. If you have your eye on a car, well worth the trip in to discover how smooth the car buying process really can be.
My first experience at DCH Toyota City was exceptional. I was immediately welcomed by Brandon who listened to my interests and quickly identified alternatives where he could offer the best deals. Negotiations also went professionally with no unnecessary delays nor hard-sells. At the end, we decided on the Highlander XLE from Toyota City as much because of how we were treated compared to other car dealerships as to how well the car fit our needs and the economics of the deal.
