I leased my 2016 Prius from this dealership a year and a half ago, and worked with Michael Brogdon. Last Saturday we went back looking for a Tacoma for my husband and ended up trading in my Prius for a new RAV4 (which I LOVE). Last night we went back and got the Tacoma as well. Both new purchases were with Michael as well. Michael is knowledgeable about all things Toyota, and is extremely helpful without being pushy. He even came in on his day off since we wanted a specific truck and was afraid it would be sold if we waited. Robert Traslavina in finance was a joy to work with. If you're a music buff he is definitely one you want to talk with! With 3 vehicle purchases under our belt with this dealership, we absolutely will not go anywhere else.
I have taken both my wife’s car as well as mine to Toyota of Surprise many times over the years. Sometimes it was to do the regular maintenance and others times for big repairs. Everytimeit was great service that was given. There were times that they really went out of their way to get us the help that we needed, and it was done quickly. My check engine light came on and I knew I needed to take the car in. It was late on a Friday night. I decided to walk the lot to see if there was used car that would fit my needs. I found that car and the representative let me take the time to think about it. The whole process went quick. I was able to land a great rate and a price that would be worth it. Even though I bought the car recently, I have been searching for the right place a long to me ago. Found it at Surprise, Toyota. No buyers remorse!
After a cool reception by the salesman in the lot, we were ready to leave, but decided to go inside and talk to the sales manager, Joe. He quickly introduced us to Austin, who answered all our questions in the most informative way. After taking a test drive, we purchased our new Highlander and were on our way in about 2 hours. Austin is very knowledgable and Joe made the sales process easy. Because we had a time restraint, we returned 10 days later to learn all the features of our new car. Matt gave us a thorough lesson and answered our many questions. It's the easiest vehicle purchase we've ever made. We couldn't be happier!
In comparison with my last car buting experience, George Henderson III was the best salesman. Not only did they have the car I wanted, but I was pre approved, in and out in just a couple hours. No hassle. Car was beautifully detailed and we drove it off the lot. My duughter recently moved to Phoenix and I was looking for a good used car for my use and a back up car for her. I purchased a 2010 Audi A5 convertible. I never seen the car except from photos before I picked the car up. There was a small mechanical issue with the top that was fixed by an Audi dealer. I have a great car purchased without physically driving or even seeing because of the great sales people especially Robert Mills.
I called on Saturday to make an appointment for oil change. Dakota Henson took my call and was able to get me in the same day. He greeted me at the service center. Listened to all the things i wanted him to check. He was very courteous, professional, well spoken and knowledgeable. He told me it was going to take approximately one and a half hour to complete the work. I waited in the waiting area at the service center and in about one and half hour. he called me and took me to the office, pointed out to me on the receipt all the things that were checked. I felt good when i left the service center knowing that all critical items were checked and functioning well. Montana is a pleasant young man that wears a nice smile, happy looking and very enthusiastic. He represents your company very well and i will definitely go back to your service center if i needed any repair or routine maintenance.
Requested information about a vehicle by email only, no phone number was given. Salesman called another person associated to me and was rude to them. Hung up when the person tried to explain they didn’t know what he was talking about. Salesman then finally emailed me saying that it was not okay that I gave someone else’s number. Very rude, will never buy a car from this dealer.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

My wife and I went shopping for a Toyota Corolla. We heard great things about Toyota Surprise and decided to pay them a visit. Matt Smith was the guy who took care of us. He did a very good job taking us through the different features and design of our car choice. He didn't pressure us but he was persistent. We actually drove away to think about our decision and called him back with a counter offer. The reason for the three stars: Once we sat with finance, things went sideways as they backpeddled on the APR, but upon threatening to walk out they honored their word on the APR advertised. Additionally, it was the end of the day, and they got short with us. Customer service could have been better. Because we never caved in on price and got what we wanted, we got that "screw you" treatment you get when going to a Timeshare showing and not buying a Timeshare, but still walking away with goodies ... only in this case we actually bought a car. That said, we visited dealerships in Avondale, and I can honestly say customer service and prices are better with Toyota Surprise. Dealerships will always tell you that they are giving you the best possible offer, but remember you can always go well below MSRP for a good out the door final transaction. Thank you, Matt.
I had been looking for a 4runner for the past few months and I wasn???t in any rush to purchase one. Specifically because of past and present experiences at major branded dealerships. Last year at Camelback Toyota I spent a total of 8 hours purchasing a new Camry, arguing and being miss treated and I really didn???t want to do it all over again. Luckily I did find certified preowned 4runner at Avondale Toyota within my price range and I happen to come across a great person name Scheldon Ward. This man here is a truly incredible person. He helped reach my monthly financial goal and put me in to my dream car. The process was quick and painless. The amount time and effort Scheldon took to ensure all of my needs and questions were taken care of was outstanding. All while keeping a great enthusiastic attitude and all around good vibe.
