My recent leasing experience with Lexus of Watertown was a great one. Leon Barnes, the product specialist, helped me to get into the right car, and made the transition from my old car to new....just seamless. I am always in a hurry and wanted to get through the process quickly and to get all of my questions and concerns answered. And Leon did this with grace along with such a nice positive attitude. And he found the color I wanted! Always a priority. The finance manager, Alex, was awesome. He clariefied all of my leasing options better than anyone has in the past and I felt very good about my decisions. All in all a very good and positive leasing experience.

I recently purchased a new car here and I am very happy about the service that was provided to me. First off, I want to thank Michele Nyman (Business Development Representative). She worked with me when I was looking at a used vehicle and when that deal didn't work out, she kept me in mind and suggested another vehicle on the lot. Jessica (manager) gave me a fair trade in for my car and she was straight forward no games. Bob Peixinho (sales and leasing consultant) was very helpful. He was very friendly. Since it was the busy season at the dealer, Bob saved me a lot of time when it came to the paper work. He went over everything and prepared me for the finance office. So, I didn't have to wait for the finance office too long. Bob Pedersen (business manager) was not pushy when it came to selling extra protection on your car in the finance office. He was very friend. When I picked up the car Bob Peixinho went through every feature on the car, so I didn't leave the dealer with questions about the car. Anyone looking for a great sales consultant go see Bob Peixinho. Note: when talking to Jessica, she may sound rude but she's very straight forward and this may come off as a negative for some people.
James was a very friendly representative who was able to help me understand what was being done my car and what I was paying for ! He was knowledgeable and made the experience great! I will sure to come back because of this exact experience .
Overall very good experience at the Bernardi Framingham service station. Timely shuttle service for drop off and pick up and job well done for servicing my 2002 Toyota Camry which was purchased from here and serviced since then at this place.
