Great service, friendly staff

I contacted Todd Franklin, Assistant Service Manager, via email to set up my inspection appointment. Since it was raining that day, I appreciated having a covered (enclosed) area to drive into, out of the elements, in order to enter the dealership.
I was welcomed with a smile. Though the inspection wouldn't take very long, I still had opportunity to catch up a little with my sales rep., Chris Dutton, and also Sarah Weeks, since her phone call two years ago to me is the reason I came to Fox Toyota. They are one of the reasons I keep coming back.
Todd advised when my car was finished, and said they'd even washed my car. Thanks guys!
